I think we all get to that point..,the good news is our actual business is deve and will continue to grow!

I'm happy to report that as long as all my work has been completed as tonight, I will even answer a comment at 4:33 am in the morning!

I think we all want to help each other with comments and feedback. I have a specific structure for the day. I am awake at 6.am. Being retired ( don’t you believe it) gives me more flexible time to plan my day.
From 6am to 7am I will give feedback and answer questions only if I can
7am - 9am Cardio Vascular, Yoga and Meditation
9 am - 1 pm I dive straight into my posts and make it a rule to catch up with one training webinar
The rest of the day I have other engagements
4 pm to 6 pm I am back on my internet business
6 pm to 10 it’s my leisure time and charge up time
I have made a habit now to remove all computers out of my bedroom as I was up till 12 pm wasting time on the computer
You have to discipline the mind with a daily routine and it will soon become a habit

It is a good thing you do not have a computer or cell phone in your bedroom. Better still unplug all these things, also your rooter, at night so you can have your house EMF radiation free, or nearly, when you sleep.

Good move to move your computer out of the bedroom Richard. Whatever works for you is the right thing to do.
Well, I know what works for me. This is my discipline of mind daily routine now. And I've kept my promise. All my work for the planned has been done. So as promised to all my tribe (ans also being a night owl), even though its 4:30am, I am happy to answer my comments.

Oh you are damn right, Kaju. Pardon me. Like what Jerry has shared.
I can understand as I also fell into the same ‘hole’. Spending hours after the midnight and turned in very early(am) Lol. It can be quite an interruption and distractions if you are on something else, say writing an article or building the website.
I’ve to learn to allocate a specific time to reply to messages and dedicate time slot on the business portion.
Thank you for sharing and advice, to remind me on time management and focus on priorities.

This is also something I have had to do leading up to the end of 2018 and whilst I am still always around, I cannot answer within minutes or sometimes in the same 24 hours.
I will always get back to everyone though.
