I don’t know about you, but personally I am glad I’ve taken my time with the WA training.
Going to through the training material has been SO much easier to understand with one year under my belt here.
With some real experience doing online business, achieving some small successes and tasting some failures.
NOW I am ready to take even more and GREATER affirmative action!
This is the beauty of working for yourself, not having to be enslaved to a boss.
Don’t ever forget Ladies and Gents,
we ALL have the power within us to SUCCEED…..
and we ALL DESERVE TO FEEL EMPOWERED.

No worries. Go at your own pace. I don't move on to the next lesson until I "know" the lesson. Now I'm ready to take action.
Takes time alright and the internet is moving so quickly and we have to try to and keep up with that as well. Well to the best of our ability. There is no chance of catching the internet. It's way out there.

It's very hard to do one-armed push-ups with your hand tied behind your back Steve, but I'll definitely die trying! Thanks!
No, it's child's play.
The hard one is a one-arm push up with your right arm and you swing the left arm up in the air over your head first and then swing it under your body between your chest and the floor. Then you switch arms, do the push up with your left arm and repeat the arm movement with your right arm.
Combination exercise and yoga movement.
I can't find a picture of this to illustrate but you get the idea.

I used to do P90X and it was one of the more challenging moves

I got through the program 3 times but it didn't give me a beach body
Ha! You can never exercise your way out of a bad diet!!
