Help!
I had updated my account with a new credit card to make my payment. Unknown to me, until too late.. The credit card rejected the payment because they didn't recognize
Contact Kyle. He will help you. I had the same issue last year. I did not realize my credit card's date expired:)
Send him an urgent PM. While you are waiting for his answer I would suggest you contact support as well.

It was red because I had unanswered messages.. lol
Still have the same issue though.. Would I talk to tech support? If not, where do I find any other support?
I really don't like to bother Kyle or Carson with something I can fix myself..

It does not seem like you will be able to fix this yourself. I suggest contact tech support and see what they say.
When is your subscription due? If your payment does not go through, there will be a red warning message at the top of your screen. You will also get an e-mail from Kyle to inform you of this.
They normally give you a couple of days to sort out the issue:) But you need to get it looked at anyway:)

You are so true. Most of the time you do get more things resolved when you don't loose your cool, but some times that is just what it takes. Sorry you had so much trouble.

My husband is always the one that loses it, but he always gets things done that way. I always felt it was better to treat people with respect. (sigh) Maybe those days are gone.
