Hey guys.. I just want to share with you a link that contains a lot of free wordpress theme.. I found it really awesome..! just choose from the list if you want to. :)
I'd recommend you read the terms and conditions and licence before considering these themes. http://www.fabthemes.com/free-license/ as it states repeatedly "If the nature of your website carries commercial nature (generating revenue from your web/online/website presence) you must purchase Commercial Use License on order to legally use our themes and comply with the Terms of Use." Rich.

I tend to not fill any of these in. I title each of my pages directly when writing the post. I like to give these titles that Google would naturally pick up.
As for the description, same thing. I put a little blurb at the top of my page or post describing what the article is about. This is a natural introduction. I keep it under 160 characters. The search engines, this way, are very likely to pick this up.
It's naturally-in the content and does essentially the same thing you would do by having these in those meta boxes. I do this in case my content doesn't quite deliver on the title and the description. They're already in the content, and having the blurb on top, which is compliant with the title, will usually get picked off by the search engines for the description.
Albeit, this is what works for me and is only a suggestion.
Hi. Kyle and Carson advise that we only fill in the title and description in the All In One Settings only. And then leave them blank on a page and post basis. The search engines will determine if your content matches a search query. I have left mine blank and it seems to be working fine, in fact I'm getting ranked for keywords that I did not originally anticipate using as keywords. However, the search engines found them useful :)
I find it helpful for SEO to also optimize images. Sometime I have seen some of my images show up in Google searches and if that leads someone to my site, that is a good thing!
