Something that I must do.

I do a complete backup every single day using WP Clone and Updraft Plus. If you're strapped for time you can do a quick backup using Tools > Export which only backs up the words, not the media or the plugins or the theme 30 Second Daily Backups And you can do this as often as you think is important to you Full Backup With a Plugin

These vocabularies are new to me hahahaha. I know you guys will help me when I get to that stage.

WPBackup and/or WPClone First one backs up all your text and the second backs up text and images. I would backup your stuff almost everyday. That way you know it's going to be there if you need it.

You could use WPBackup or BackUpWP .

I know Kyle has a method to back up your site on the bootcamp training. I went through it a couple of weeks ago.

I have used WP backup to Dropbox. Just create a dropbox account where you want your backups sent to and you're pretty much good to go.

I have to say I don't sorry and sorry to hear about your dilemma

That's a good question because I only back up my site manually every 3 months. Probably should be doing it more often but I forget.
