I was just wondering what you all thought about Sump. I was thinking about using them but I'm kinda hesitant and want your professional advice, good or don't do it?
maybe a typo and he meant SUMO (the plugin not the sport!)
Hopefully @EanMs will be back to clarify!

Do I keep adding content to the post itself for it to get ranked in Google and so on?
You can use those posts under different menu items. You do not have to publish all your content as posts. You can publish them as pages. Its entirely up to you how you publish your content.
Hi, you need to write new content all the time. Go to your SiteContent section and write your posts as you like. Publish them one by one. When you publish on Sitecontent, you have the choice to publish either as a Post or a Page. Select the appropriate one you want. One post per "issue".
For google to rank you, you need to write with good keywords and flowing good quality content. So use Jaaxy - it is REALLY a gem!
Good luck!

No - just keep writing new and interesting post with good keywords - 1000 words is OK

As you create and publish new blog posts, they are automatically added at the top of your blog roll and "push down" earlier posts as you go. You do not need to keep adding more content to existing blog posts.

Sumo was the word I wanted and not sump. Spell check on my tablet.
