HI David,
Sorry to see you go! I would have gotten back to you sooner, but I have been under the weather and spending a lot of time in bed myself.
I am no youngster either, I will be 72 in a few months. This learning and writing actually helps me keep my cognitive skill set sharp! The nice part is my business kept running without skipping a beat. There aren't to many jobs that you can get that will run when you aren't present. Most require you to personally be there in person.
I can remember when I first started, I couldn't even decide what direction I wanted to go, but I went ahead anyway, and today I have 2 websites earning money. They are now assets that I can sell.
Yes, it is hard to try to learn new things! I went back to college a few years back, and it was hard! But, what is hard in the beginning of a course, was easy when I looked back after the course was over. I couldn't believe I had so much trouble with it!
I guess the difference between you and I is the fact I wanted to learn and took the risks! Yes it was hard at first, but 6 months down the road, those challenges were overcome and I learned a ton more!
Anyway, good luck with want you want to do, and remember many people have come back to WA to try again!
Good Luck!
Chas

I too don't agree with you... Sure anything worth doing takes time to learn.... but I am using the 'chat' to ask questions ... and I send questions to Kyle stating I am a 'newbie' and not weaned as a computer geek...

You are - of course - free to choose what you do...;)

YUP & I choose to stop, get out & putting limited retirement $$ into it. JUST~WANT~STOP $$ BLEEDING OUT>

Don't give up; it's not just for young tech people. I, too, am not young and did not grow up with this technology. If you work at it, and ask questions, there are alot of people who will help you. What exactly are you having trouble with?

Physical stuff, mental stuff, another surgery for wife, & i don't have time actually...but that ispersonal & not in our will either

CONVINCED THIS WHOLE THING IS FOR YOUNG TECHNO FOLKS; Have made first $99.)) payment paid & looking to GET OUT !!!!!

I'm not young; I stuck it out for five years. So if I can do it, then you can do it. It isn't for just young folks. It's for anyone. Technology is challenging, yes, but I learned how to do it. My 83-year-old Mom learned how, too. Don't give up. Please specify what question you are having. What is the issue?

As someone who's turning 80 in 6 weeks' time, I can't agree. It's a matter of following the lessons step by step and asking questions when you get stuck. But you're mental attitude has to be "I can do this!"

You've made your first $99. Analyze what worked and do it again... and again.

He's talking about making his payment for the plus monthly $99, not earning it.

Thanks for the clarification, Brenda. Yes, I should have deduced that from the fact he's Premium Plus.

Not just age; Just not my cup of tea; I don't have care, time for it and it is getting worse; Not even doing $99.00 a month, supposedly suppose to help. cograts on your family with it

NOPE! Just want out

Alright, it is your choice. I do understand. If you want out, you only need to cancel the subscription and be on your way.

Of course. You have to enjoy what you do. Go ahead and cancel your subscription.

Yup, need to know the where/how to cancel& quick before March !!!

https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/account/subscription

Go to the word on the right that says "Cancel Billing."

You can do that anytime now if you wish.

N/A, and you have?

Having Canva Pro would help.

I see you are a PP+ subscriber. Have you upgraded?

Oh! Now i understand what is going on?

You can go here.

https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/account/subscription

And cancel billing.

Hi David,
It sounds like you are sorted, and those are great tips Abbie gave you. If it comes back, just contact support

This happens for a few days after making a new site. The best thing to do is contact support. They sort it out quickly, to be honest, I have found that WA web support is the best I have ever interacted with.

You see, it is clear.

If it is something different, kindly let us know.

The situation happened last night, just before going to bed, & i am just now getting back on computer, so THANK YOU, VERY VERY MUCH ! I TOO NOW SEE IT OK ON MY LAPTOP TOO!!!

Np :)

You may need to empty the browser cache, refresh, and try again. Try the URL in a different browser or mobile device.

You can also empty the server's cache.
Websites > Site Manager > Details > Sitespeed > Empty site cache

https://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cache

It is clear here I can see your website, but please reach out to site support.

I am suppose to fill in an email address in the privacy notice, for my site which is now published; [suceedwithdwynnceraf2.com ] ?

Creating Domain Specific Email Accounts at Wealthy Affiliate

Hi David,
You use your websites tab at the top taskbar and click on that, click on site manager, and at the very top you will see the email tab. Click on that and create you email addy there.
Chas

typed in , www.suceedwithdwynncera2.com , & said cannot be reached? another attempt said unsecured.

I am going to try advice from ''phil1944",, who stated :
"A website doesn't have an email address by default. You have to create one. Go to Websites >> Site Domains >> Site Email and create one there." He also stated : "Those steps were in WA, starting with Websites in the WA top menu." which i will have to find; Hmmm....

You do have to create the email address, just as you would when opening any email account. You would use your website URL and name the account whatever you want. Ex.

mailto:Support@YourwebsiteURL.com

or siterubix. or

mailto:David@Yourwebsite.com

.
When you need help finding some training, just go to the magnifying glass in the toolbar at top, click on it and type you question in the search bar.
I typed in "setting up email addresses at WA" and this video from Kyle popped up first. If you have any other questions, let me know or pop into chat, introduce yourself and ask the community.
Chas
