This has beeb talk about a lot off and on.

The gren button says follow me. I know we did put the button ther but it is asking other to follow mw. So, with at in mind, we rally can only chose who we follow . I can not choice who follows me.

So, it is up to us who we follow but not who follow us.

I follow way more people those that follows me.

I do follow back those when I get an email telling me they are following me now. It is upto each one. I think the owners put the whole system in so we all follow people and left it up to each one to follow back if they want.

ASs I said the button ask us to follow me.

Maybe there should be a way a person could opt out of it and have the button removed from their name. I think we don't though.

Do you mean if someone follows YOU - should YOU follow THEM back?

Personally I do - I call it reciprocal and it feels like the right thing to do. But it is up to you and you should not feel pressure to. Ultimately it is your choice. If you don't think there is any value in following them i.e. you check out their profile page and it has no 'bio', and they don't appear to be offering anything of value... why bother - yeah?

I try and always return the follow, if I missed anyone it was not a deliberate action

Some things are decided by oneself.

I don't generally follow back - simply because I keep up with what's coming in and out all the time.

It's fine if they don't follow back it is just like said apache it Do help build your network that's why I asked.

I follow back for two reasons 1 to build up my network and 2 out of common respect. If they don't follow back that's fine it is their choice. Take care and be well.

There was a post about this recently. Honestly, it's entirely up to you, however if you do decide to follow someone and they don't reciprocate, don't take it personal.
