Jaaxy problem? No fear! EDIT: Trick to get QSR
Regarding the problem with Jaaxy post which KAJU made, support said they are working on it and will be resloved soon.
Now the reason why I am writting this blog is to remind people that support does work and sometimes it just take a couple of minutes to send them question with picture and they will respond with a solution or, like in this case, give us a thumbs up that they are working on the problem.
I know they have limited people working and if we all sent questions to them, they would fall apart or our questions wouldn't even be answered.
But instead of rising rising alarm or making people seem the problem is biger than it is, we aren't doing anyone a favor.
Plus, we make Wealthy Affilaite and our support team look uncapable of fixing problems.
So I appeal to you: if you face an issue, ask on live chat. If you can't find a solution or if more members are facing the same problem, contact the support, and they WILL lead you in the right direction.

Support absolutely works. I think it's human nature and the natural impatience in people that sometimes works against them here. They will have been a member for 3 or 4 years and then a single day of inconvenience from a platform that is literally helping hundreds of thousands erupts a volcano in their brain, lol.
I am very impulsive and impatient and I can definitely understand the frustration when something isn't how it should be.
But we have the best support I have encounter in my entire life, and I am confident they are doing their best with any matter they encounter.
This hasn’t been just one day. I’ve had issues with it for a few days so the work I’m trying to do has been put back again and again. I’m on a tight schedule and can’t afford to waste time. I leave for Rwanda and Kenya with my son soon and expect WiFi issues, so need to get as much research done now so I can spend the time there writing content.
Absolutely. WA Support is great and just as you said it's literally the best in the industry. We get to talk directly to the engineers that keep our sites running. A small hiccup like this in the big scheme of things is just a part of the business. Glad to see you have the right attitude!
Mine isn’t and hasn’t been for a few days now. It is intermittent.. I get a few keywords then it stops .. just retry retry retry ... and today I’ve not been able to get any.
I am sorry you are experiencing this. Wish I could help you somehow, but all I can give advice is to wait :/

They do what they can, and if it takes some time, we must be patient.
Exactly. Unfortunately sometimes can take more time than usual. But it is out of our hand and nothing left for us than to wait.
