Problems with Jaaxy?

Hello Ladies and Gents,

Have any of you been having any problems with Jaaxy working lately?

I never had any problem with Jaaxy before until today about 30 minutes ago, now whatever keyword I place in search, when I click on the keyword link under the KQI "Retry" is ALL I get:

So the bottom line is, I cannot get the QSR.

Does anyone know how to get around this?

Has anyone else experienced a similar problem with Jaaxy?


I tried clearing my cache inciuding both files and cookies, restarted Jaaxy, even rebooted my computer, and I get the same result.

Please let me know if you can offer any solutions.

It would be much appreciated.

The problem has been happening for about a week off and on, especially with QSR and Keyword List updates. Seem to be worse the past few days. It's been turned in to Site Support multiple times. Not sure what's going on.

I turned it into Site Support too:) The problem continued T, let's hope it gets resolved soon:)

Hope so. I've been copy n paste my keywords over the Excel as Jaaxy is taking forever to update my lists

Yep, still no success for me wither:(

I started having this problem a few days ago. It wasn't a big deal until every time I clicked QSR it came back Retry.
It took over 10 maybe 15 tries.
After a while, I just gave up. I figure support will get on it if they're not already.

I just received a reply back from Site Support saying "Kaju we're on it, please standby."

Oh my! I was about to ask the same question. Then I thought, what if it's my internet connection?

Let's hope this is fixed shortly, I was ready to write a post for the SAC!

I also had the same issues and felt I was the only one.

You are definitely NOT AJ, let's hope this is resolved soon:)

I am experienced that as well. Also cannot save or delete KW lists. Looks like a technical glitch that will hopefully be fixed soon

Yes I have have had the same issues, it does clear up by clicking retry again.

I've tried many times, it's always "Retry". Hope I hear back from Site Support soon! Thanks Darren:)

Just checked Jaaxy now and no problems. Occasionally you will get a retry but you should just be able to click the retry again and it should work.

I know and that is usually the case Andre, but Not today.

Clicked the retry multiple times for different keywords (many more too), and I still get "Retry"

It looks like this is a Site Support issue.
That's next.

Yes, I just chat about this issue with some members and asked Support Team. I am waiting for their reply now.

Have you got a reply from the Support Team?
I am still waiting for it, so I just wanted to ask if you got it.

I guess they are in Canada, so it was night time for them.
Hope they will be able to give us at least some information soon about the vision of when it will improve.

I have not received a reply yet, it has been over 12 Hours. It seems like Kyle and team are pushing for a solution.

Some say its working now, but I still cannot verify. Am trying again shortly, and will let you know:)
