I really did not want to ask a public question. However, this seems to be the only place I can. My website seems to be gone. I can not even get a ticket to Site Support. And
Thank you, Kyle! And sorry this is happening on the weekend. I have had this site since last April 2024. I haven't made a penny and I hear about it from my husband all the time. I absolutely do not want to have to tell him my website is gone, LOL!
Your site is there, it's not gone. It is still working and live, this is just an issue on the WA side of the app. So your website is stable, not to worry here. :)
Thank you. I was able to view it now, just not get into the back office yet. I appreciate your assistance on this. Again, sorry it had to be on the weekend.
Hey CWoolfolk, I know exactly how that feels and I want to reassure you — your website is not gone. This same thing happened to me just last week. It sounds like they’re doing a system update or backend maintenance, and when that happens, it can make it look like everything has vanished. But once the work is done, it all comes back just like before.
Right now, all four of my sites are showing the same errors and missing too, so you’re definitely not alone. I suggest trying to submit a support ticket again when you can, and then just wait patiently. They usually resolve these things pretty quickly.
Hang in there — your site is still there, just temporarily out of reach.
Shawn
Thank you so much for responding so fast and with such calming words! I have had this website since April 2024 so quite a few posts, affiliate links, time spent, etc. I am trying hard to remain calm and your response has certainly helped with that. I can't imagine have 4 sites down. I was actually trying to get a point where I could open a new site. The one I have now has made exactly $0. I knew nothing about computers, websites, anything when I decided to try WA. They said go with you passion, something you could talk about all day. I did but, now that I have learned quite a bit, it is just not a good topic to start with in my opinion. However, I definitely didn't want to lose it. And, I was hearing enough from my husband about the money we are paying in but making any! LOL!
I hope this is resolved for the both of us quickly. Thank you, again, for reaching out!
Hey CWoolfolk, I really feel what you’re saying. You’ve put in the time, built something from nothing, and that matters more than you think. I don’t know what your niche is about, but here’s the thing — you already have one superpower, and that’s research.
Now that you’ve learned a lot, maybe it’s not about changing your whole niche. Maybe it’s just about shifting the conversation a bit.
My niche is Bigfoot. Yup, Bigfoot. So if anyone knows how tough it can be to make a wild topic work, it’s me. What helped me was subniching. I started posting around the topic, like:
• Missing 411 stories
• Strange forest energy spots
• Indigenous legends
All of it still ties back to Bigfoot, but it opens the door for way more engagement.
You could totally do the same. If you want, just send me a private message with your niche and I’ll help you brainstorm a few subniches you could run with. You wouldn’t need to change anything on your site, just shift the angle a bit in your blogs.
Oh, and I started a month after you, so trust me, I get it.
You’ve got this

Hi! I just wanted to pop in and let you know that your site can be slow moving but will pick up eventually. I started mine 3 and a half years ago and it took a couple years for it to start making money. You'll get there, keep up the great work and all the best to you :)
no worries we are all in the same boat just looking for a friend with a paddle. you got this
Shawn
Thank you! I have learned a lot this past year. So much that, I really need to go back to my beginning post and fix a few things. I suppose that to-do list is never-ending :),lol!
Site isn't down, you just can't get to it through WA. I will file a ticket through an existing ticket.
Thank you so much. I tried to file a ticket several times but could not go any further when it got to the Choose Domain part. I will try to remain calm until this is resolved. Again, thank you so much for your assistance.

Hi Courteney,
We had an issue with a server that allowed the WA SiteManager to connect with our hosting platform. It's been fixed and we're monitoring the situation.
Let us know if you experience any other issues.

For some programs, this question is a moot point. However, when you are promoting a product that you can promote from a particular website but you can also find that product o
Hi - this is only a problem, if you are using Amazon's images.
It is against Amazon's terms and conditions to use one of their images, but then say the product is available elsewhere.
However, until you have met Amazon's sales target, you cannot use their images anyway.
That aside, there was another question for you earlier that I could not answer. But now I have reported it in the bug report...
Kyle has taken notice of it.
Abie
It was the same question and for some reason, I could see it on my end but everyone else only saw "anyone?" What is the bug report?
Promoting a product from both an affiliate site and Amazon can maximize my potential earnings and cater to different consumer preferences. By offering choices and clearly communicating the benefits of each platform, I hope to capture as many sales as possible.
Thank you so much for answering. That was I was going to do. But, then I got curious as to what everyone else did in that situation. Thank you again!
Courtney

I have a gotten a 'noindex tag' on a couple of things in my website. What is that and how do I fix it?
It is going to be scrawled by the search engines.
URLs with post names need to be indexed (actual posts)
Others with feed, tag, category, author, page #, etc... Not. Excluded by ‘noindex’ tag ?
The noindex tag tells search engines such as Google not to index content with this tag. You can use your SEO plugin to prevent selected posts or pages to not be indexed (for example, a download page that a visitor should see only by invitation).
But there are automatically generated pages that shouldn't be indexed and these are probably the ones you are seeing. If so, you don't need to do anything.
All of my post are indexed. I think is my A.D. and Privacy Policy, About Me (Courtney) pages. When I saw that and went and looked and every post or article that I have written, except for like the last one, show that they have indexed.
It means that it won’t be indexed in the search engines. You may be able to fix it in your SEO plugin or it might reside in the robots.txt file.
Frank
I just looked at SEO plug (I was hoping something would jump out at me) and I have to be honest here, I have no idea what I am look for, nor do I have a clue what the 'robots text file' mean. I am so sorry!
Open each post in the block editor and then find your SEO plugin settings in there, perhaps under “advanced,” and disable the “noindex” tag.
If you can’t find it in there, check with Site Support.

Kind of a random question, I suppose, but when I go to Websites up top, then Site Content, nothing is showing on the graph and I was just curious as to why is wasn't. The post
Is there somewhere that we can keep all of our affiliate links? Did I miss that somewhere in the training? I have them all written down, which I will probably still do, but I was wondering if there was someplace in WA that we could have them all for easy reference. Also, I thought I remembered someone talking about a plug-in that shorten some of the links. I just received on that was looonnnggg and i was really worried that I missed a number or letter. And, I thought, man, I really hope I don't screw this one up when I got to add the link into my content! Thanks for your help!
Nooooo there is no reason to write down all your affiliate links with pen and paper. All your affiliate programs will have your links readily available for you on that platform, just like here at WA, so you can easily right click and copy when you need it. 👍🏼
Pretty links is a great plugin for shortening those links and making then easy to remember as well.
Hi Courtney,
Have you done any training yet in Wealthy Affiliate?
Have you created a hub yet to help you to create posts and pages and to watch the training videos?
Regards
Brian
Yes, I have created a hub and have created and published About Courtney, and 2 other post onto website. They list under the line I was asking about. A couple of other people say that it just takes time to show.
I do have another question though. I am trying to create my Gravatar. When I went to the back office of my hub and went under "users", it only shows admin, it does not show my name. Am I suppose to create a new user for myself. Did I miss that part in the training somewhere? I don't know if you can help me or not but I thought I would ask. Thank you for responding to my earlier inquiry!
I am so sorry but I don't understand what you mean by changing the variables.
Thank you for assistance!
