WA In-house update-certification courses
Yesterday I set aside two hours to attend to WA in-house issues.
My decision to review the certification courses was justified.
I joined WA in September 2015 and site content was not available to be included in lesson one; as it is at present.
This meant the video was revised.
My question is how many of the videos were revised or edited since 2016.
Should members who joined prior to 2017 review the certification courses?
Are there notifications as to when changes are made in the certification or Boot camp courses?
Should you review the certification and bootcamp courses if your membership started prior to 2017?

As you probably already know, these queries don't apply to me; I'll just be happy getting through more of them, getting my website flushed out and fully operational.
Once I have your level of seniority, I'll start asking the same thing of the then-newbies!
As an aside, are there any system-wide notifications when one of the courses is updated? A master list of those that have been updated? A log, perhaps, of which and when, perhaps release #s, like software? Maybe my queries should be addressed to management!

I have always gone back to review and go through it all when I create a new website. I am so thankful that WA keeps updating the courses as needed. Best Wishes to You!
I believe the training should be reviewed vis a vis our website from time to time. Internet of things like all else is definitely not static.

I think it is always a good idea to go back and review training, not just here at WA, but in any arena of learning. Doesn't do any harm and there is the chance for something new and/or updated and a better understanding of a concept.

Yes, I think it would be helpful/useful if notifications were made each time any type of training is updated. Just as our computers and phones notify us when there is software updates :)
I think it’s always a good idea to go over training occasionally to refresh our memories or find something we maybe missed first time round.
The refreshing I definitely agree with than but that is usually when an occasion calls for it; but a periodic review is advisable Thanks for sharing..
Great questions here. I know a few people who have gone back and review the certification and bootcamp courses. I am just going back into the bootcamp again and see a lot of things I missed before and refreshes my memory. Anytime you click in Kyle lessons and tutorials, there is a date it was posted here.

Yes, I think it is a must to go back over them. It is a bit like watching a 1-hour video of Robin Williams live on stage. You have to watch it 10 times before you get half the jokes.
LOL, i usually watch a video 2 or 3 times before i move on anyway.You are right.
