I have been away for a couple of months and would like to correct some issues with my site. However, I was looking for the initial training lessons but could not f
You may start with hubs

And follow through the webinar training step by step at your own pace :) Also, ask questions like this one when required.
The old training was sunset beginning of March this year.
You now need to go to hubs for the new updated training.

The core training is now located in Hubs. Click Hubs at the top of your WA dashboard and once you create your first hub you will see the core training in there.

I do not know why my installed plugins page shows nothing
Any ideas on how to correct my issue?
I had that same issue. After contacting site support, I learned one of my plugins was the issue. I believe it was WP Rocket. Site support had to authorize the plugin for it to function properly. Apparently, there is a list of banned plugins that will require WA authorization.

This can happen if your theme isn't that good (generate press is ideal). Another possibility is having way too many plug-ins installed. 10 or more might be too much and sometimes people use plug-ins that slow down the site. Not saying this is what's happening to you but it's just something to keep in mind.
Either way what I'd focus on isn't so much the speed but growing the site. I currently run a nature site that runs ads on it and gets ok and below scores for desktop and mobile but it doesn't affect the rankings so I wouldn't worry too much about this.
Have you checked Google Sitespeed?
You can do a3 lazy loading, optimize your images to WebP utilizing Imagify.
