It's gone midnight and you've been working for hours on the best post you have ever written. You have added your media, done your spell check and are ready to publish. Experiencing a mix of trepidation and excitement you hit the 'Publish" button and........nothing happens.

You know there is likely a simple explanation and, in the deep recesses of your memory you recall this might have been the subject of a post, or maybe covered in a simple Q&A. But it's late and you are tired, and probably not thinking all that clearly, and you are so desperate to get this brilliant post onto your website before you go to bed. You know Wealthy Affiliate provides you with a number of resources to help you resolve problems such as this but you need a (more or less) immediate response. So you likely go to.......

Live Chat

You know that there, no matter what the time of day or night, someone will be waiting to help you. So you tap in your question and, typically within moments, you get your answer. "Try refreshing your browser". You do just that and BINGO! It works and your post is published. Hopefully, before you finally climb, happily, into bed, you find the time to go back and thank the person who helped you.

The guys and gals who regularly man the Live Chat forum give up a great deal of their time each week and some devote many hours each day. For this they get no reward other than the simple satisfaction of knowing they have helped others. It would be inappropriate to name names here but they know who they are and, if you have ever checked in to Live Chat, you also likely know.
