If it is just wireless that is having the problem try changing the wireless channel number. Channels 1, 6 or 11 are usually the best.

I shut off the wi fi and hooked the computer to it and still no internet. I don't think the modem or what ever the box is called that has the Internet in it is working

I see. Try resetting it by turning off the power for a couple of seconds. When you hooked your computer to it you mean by an ethernet cable?

With most modems you need 4 steady lights on from the left as you look at it. If you don't have that contact your supplier.

Did that I guess I will make a 5th call to Internet company really frustrating. Getting tired of making time to go to library to use there's. I also can do some from my phone that's what I am using now. Thanks for the help
