Okay I have a big announcement.

I am going to drop a bomb. It is the first of the year and time for big changes.

I am going to retire from Internet Marketing.

I am 66 years old and not getting any younger.

I plan to put all of my websites up for sale right before I retire.

I will keep my Affiliate Marketing residual commission running and walk away with a smile on my face after having enjoyed my time here on the Internet.

Before I do that I have some things on my bucket list that I want to do here on the Internet.

So my retirement date is set for the day I turn 70 which is more or less 3 and 1/2 years from now.

August 1, 2021, I will retire and travel the world to places I have not been.

So you will have to put up with me for a while longer.

That's okay you will get over it

Now in another post I spoke about making goals for the upcoming year. Remember that? That is what this is about, making goals!

Here is the big thing on my bucket list.

This year starting January 15, 2018, I am going to take 5 volunteers from the Weatlhy Affiliate members and form a master mind group. My goal is to have all 5 members making $1000 a month.

When all 5 are consistently making $1000 a month profit then I will start with 5 more. This will be done in the framework of Wealthy Affiliate and with the tools that are here.

These members will be posting here for you to see what they are learning that is working. You will be able to tap into what they are learning from their postings.

I will work with them personally one on one and as a group until they are making a consistent $1000 a month. Once they start making consistent money they will know how to make it grow more.

They are not paying me to do this. It is the same as my Circle of Five coaching program I used to charge $999 a year for except this time it is free to 5 Wealthy Affiliate members.

There are requirements for someone to be part of this.

1. You have to be a yearly member of Wealthy Affiliate or committed to keeping the monthly membership for a year.

2. You have to be teachable.

3. Even if you do not think something will work you have to be willing to try it to see if it does. No prejudging.

4. You have to be willing to complete all assigned task when they are due.

5. You have to be willing to meet once a week with the group for 1 hour at a set time. No exceptions. You have to understand that all online meetings will be during the week as weekends are for family and friends. It will be during the day and not in the evening. We will find a mutual time that works. First one you miss it is okay second you miss it is not and the third one you miss someone takes your place.

6. You have to have at least 20 hours a week you can devote to either working on your website or doing the training. You will be keeping track of your time. You will have very focused work to do for those 20 hours.

7. You have to be willing to be open with your accounting of what you have done and not done.

8. There will be assigned books to read and you have to read them within 30 days.

9. You have to be willing to learn and to follow to the letter what you learn and not try to reinvent the wheel while you are in the group. What will be used is what is taught here at Wealthy Affiliate.

10. You have to be willing to report on your progress to other members at Wealthy Affiliate through a blog post at least once a month to encourage them.

11. You have to be willing to at least once a month to write a post here on Wealthy Affiliate telling members what you have learned that is working.

12. You have to commit to putting 25% of your profit from this project back in your business as long as you are part of the group. That will be used to build your business faster.

13. You have to commit to focusing on one website and this project for one year. It can be an existing website or a new website you create for this project. No joining other programs, going off chasing rabbits, no new shiny launches that will make you rich overnight while you are asleep. One year of focus on this project.

14. You have to be okay in working in a no BS just do it group. No excuses just get it done while you are in the group.

15. You can't quit once you start no matter what. This is not a I will try it project this is a do it project.

There it is. A year from now (or sooner) these 5 people will have learned how to make at least $1000 profit a month and have helped you with their post.

I have been trying to work with some people here and time has just been getting in the way. It needed a more structed and focused enviroment and this is what I came up with.

We will be setting a schedule and sticking to it. This is going to happen. This is one of my goals for 2018.

What now?

I am doing it this way because I do not want to send private messages to friends here and make them feel like they have to say yes.

This way no one feels obligated to say yes.

I know some of you this does not fit your schedule, some of you do not need this, some of you are not ready for it and that is okay.

I understand that.

I also know that some of you are champing at the bit (old cowboy saying) and are raring to go.

When this goes up the first private messages that hit my inbox here we will talk about it. I will keep doing going through the messages until I find five people that this fits
