How is Wealthy Affiliate Worth It - Here is One Way
If you are reading this and you are not yet a member or if you are a new Free Starter Member you maybe asking yourself, How is Wealthy Affiliate worth it? There are SO MANY reasons why but here is one way.

All of these blog posts we write here within the WA Community are also visible to anyone outside of WA doing a Google search. This is one of the many ways in which I know Wealthy Affiliate is worth it.
A couple of weeks ago I wrote a WA Blog called, How to Earn Passive Income From Home - How I Do It. As I do with many of the WA blogs I write here within the community, I use Low QSR Keywords in the title and content.
Then I go and post the link to my WA Blog on social media apps like Facebook and X (Twitter) to give it some further exposure. On Facebook in particular I post my blog link sparingly within niche targeted Groups.
Almost three days after I posted that blog here and on social media, I went to Google Incognito Mode and searched for my low QSR keyword and found my WA Blog ranked in the #8 spot on Page 1 of the Google search results.
It has since slipped down to Page 5 spot #2 but it's still on Page 2 spot #4 for one of the Facebook Groups I had originally posted my blog link. My point is, Wealthy Affiliate Blog Posts can and do get exposure in Google.
How is Wealthy Affiliate worth it? There are plenty of reasons starting with the Free Starter Membership all the way to the training available and the financial results that come through applying the knowledge you gain.
However, the fact that even these WA Blogs we write here within the community can get ranked on Google Page One, this is valuable for getting noticed. It can, and has for me, getting referrals to WA without a website. What do you think?

Yes, they do rank. And the more active you are and the more authoritative your content here, the quicker and better they seem to rank (from our tests).
As a creator of blog content, questions or training here, you default get affiliate credit for any and all referrals it generates (if there is no affiliate link attached).
The content does rank, and members that create it reap the rewards!
The fact that we can get affiliate credit without using our affiliate link, is the one reason I like writing WA Blog Posts and sharing them on social media.

For me, this raises a question and clears up a point I wasn't totally clear on. Credit for the blogs and affiliate credits, from something another ambassador mentioned a while back, but I wasn't completely clear on the rules, now I am.
Re social media, can someone point me in the right direction to learn the A-Z of how to do that, is it as simple as post an excerpt and a link to the blog on WA, if so how do you do that?
Or is it some other way.

Yes, just write up a little snippet of text explaining what the blog is about and post the link to the blog. For example, when I posted my WA Blog about Passive Income on my Facebook I said,
"Are you looking to make some extra income or develop a profitable side hustle? Then take a read of this blog about making passive income from home. You don't need to be an expert. This is beginner friendly."
Then I attached the link to the blog and posted it to my Facebook.

A great WA message to all :) I agree with the Google ranking of posts we do via Hubs. It seems to work better than when I post outside of Hubs and do the GSC myself.

That is terrific.i have a couple of questions: 1) you are publishing your post here at WA and also posting the same to your blog website? 2) how do you go into google incognito? Do you just open an incognito browser and then search?
My answers are:
1) I am publishing my WA blogs here within WA and sometimes (if relevant) I will link to them from my website. However in the case of my last WA Blog about Passive Income, I did not link to it from my website. I instead went to the Facebook Groups that I belong to and posted the blog link there.
2) Yes. Just open an Incognito browser and do a Google search. This will make your search anonymous instead of a regular Google search which will remember your past search history.
Do you put your WA link in you post so that if they want to join you will get the commission?
I belong to both Public and Private Facebook Groups in the Make Money From Home niche. Some of them do not let you post affiliate links and if they do, you need to post them sparingly.
When it's like this I either post a blog from my website that has my affiliate link or I post the link to my WA Blog, since it's not an actual affiliate link and I still can get the referral commission from it.
You don't need to post your WA affiliate link when you are the author of the blog. Just post the WA Blog link. Because you are the author, any sign ups from that blog go directly to you.
The right sidebar of all WA Blogs look different to non WA members when viewing your blog. The right sidebar has links to join WA, see attached screenshot.
