Hi wonderful people, is dropshipping (with Shopify, etc) a worthy venture to get into? Please advise from experience and provable figures, etc, thanks a lot Community!

People can and do make money with drop shipping. Like Robert (@boomergp08), I have made money with it. But, the landscape changes quickly once you find a high margin product. It attracts other sellers who serve to drive the price down.
It is more involved than the affiliate business model. But, there are ways to incorporate the two together, i.e., you could use the drop shipping model as a loss leader to drive them to your website and then supplement with affiliate sales, etc.

I cannot speak about Shopify but I did make good money doing drop shipping when I was selling on eBay, about $3,500.00 per month minimum.
But this is only possible if you are working with REAL wholesalers that offer REAL wholesale pricing and provide free drop shipping services. Not all do this.

Problem for me has been to get wholesalers/suppliers open an account for me since I'm not in the US and that's where my blogs get most visitors from.

Just tried to visit your site and it looks like you haven't resolved your problem. If you use site support on the siterubix platform, they would resolve your problem for you. Just contact them and try to explain to them what really happened.
Perhaps you should clear your DNS Cache.
You do tend to build up a lot of crap and sometimes a complete clean does the trick.
