One theme that I really like is Be theme, it's not in the included themes, so is it ok to install it by uploading after purchase or could there be potential conflicts with the
You should have no problems, other than paid themes usually require an activation code. And when you put that activation code in the box and press send or activate or something, it probably will not activate.
All you need to do then is send sitesupport a message and tell them you can't activate it, and they will allow it to activate.
Premium themes usually require the activation code to turn on all the options you paid for.
ok thank you for your help, I have also read that WA won't work if the theme requires connections to remote servers?

I have a cat, and thought maybe a niche based around looking after your cat, there are lots of products on amazon for me to promote too? I live in the UK, my experience of look
Cat products is a good, although somewhat wide, niche. As far as your audience, you could definitely market it towards the UK. But the US is a much larger market, and with the SEO skills you'll learn here, you shouldn't have too much trouble ranking well in the US once your site has aged a bit.
A cat niche is a good idea. You can use Amazon to find a product that feeds cats or about cat products. This will help people.
