First I couldn't log in, then I got some weird scripted results in the keyword search bar and now I can't access my
Mine is working fine now, at 17:35 Swiss time, even created a new list and saved some keywords.

What do you mean by private view mode? Sometimes a server glitch can cause your site not to run properly, but it usually goes away unless something is wrong with the code. Your site was up just now when I went to check it. If you continue to have problems I suggest you contact site support.
I mean that I can see my website when I am in 'incognito' mode in Google. I just sent a message to support, thanks!
I had this exact thing happen to me as well. I sent Kyle a private message when it happened and the next time I logged in it went through no problem and hasn't since. I'm not sure why this happened but I would definitely message Kyle or carson and tell them and they will surely sort you out. Good luck amigo.

Maybe the way to get out of it makes two tabs one that says read review, and the next one that say buy now which will take you straight to the pricing on Amazon.. Maybe use the rating 5 star plugin also ..

On the other hand Genius should keep the prices updated. This is what I have with EasyAzone, and it gives local currency. So I would expect Genius to do the same.
Amazon offers you to create a short link, so this cannot be against the rules.

Maybe it would be a good idea to ask Amazon about the exact rules as it seems that there are many conflicting theories about it,

I am facing an issue in WP. The header option completely disappeared from the toolbar.
This happened when I installed my new Thrive Theme and I have the issue
No, it wasn't a glitch. I figured out what the issue was and actually there was no issue at all lol I just could find it but it was still there ;)
I've had an issue with toolbars, sidebars, and pop-ups not appearing with Thrive Leads and discovered it had to do with my cache plugin (WP Fastest Cache). Once I replaced that, it resolved the problem. Go with WP Total Cache instead and disable the 'Minify' option. Hope that works!

The toolbar was half hidden when I updated to Thrive theme so I couldn't see the second half of the toolbar.

What do you mean by the "header option" Angelique? Do you mean the place where you pick paragraph or heading 1-6?
If that is it, is the whole second line of editor tools missing? Look for the "Toolbar Toggle" button and click that to turn on the second row,
If that isn't it, then I am not sure what header option means so, could you please explain. I use Thrive tools and thermes so maybe I can help.

I am very glad that helped Angelique! Something with the theme install must have set it back to the single line. At least it was an easy fix.
You are going to like the Thrive Tools. There is a little bit of a learning curve but they will help you a lot in the long run.

Reinstall Sumome, as it is a good plugin. Multi-function plugin.
Maybe, the problem is in the theme that you use. If you can't solve it by yourself, perhaps, contacting someone from technical support (WA) would help you.
I like Sumome :) I was just checking if it was causing the problem but I don't think so.
I sent an email to Thrive Support and if it's not related to them I will contact WA support.

I just received an email that my Akismet subscription will renew in 2 weeks??!!
Imagine my surprise since I deleted that plugin months ago after the last

Their support team replied to me though but now they can't find my account...

Definitely not a scam as Akismet is owned by Automattic (which is very much a legitimate company), likely a support or communication issue. I hope you can get it resolved.
Sometimes when you submit a support ticket, it will help to give them the original transaction information just so they have that handy as it might help them with looking up your account.

I just couldn't figure out how or when I paid for Akismet since I deleted the plugin when you informed us that is was going the become a paid service.
My mistake... I thought that by deleting the plugin, it was enough.
Their support team finally found my access details and cancelled next payment.

Yes, I did but they don't recognize my email ( which is the same they sent the email to so that's very strange)

How I ended up paying a subscription I still don't know... but they cancelled it. The money I paid for 'never using their service' last year won't be refunded, though!
I am sure I will not be the only one facing this issue and their techniques are more than suspicious, it's even close to be scammy in my opinion and I am sure they will get a lot of complaints acting like this.
This could be a potential scam. No professional bodies should be asking for your password or username.
If you have entered any username or password now, change your password as you might have given access to an intruder.

Your Word Press email and password are what you used to log into your wordpress site's to create posts and pages etc.....
You would have included an email when you created your admin accounts or whichever one you could have used akismet on back then.
You make me doubt about it now... I try to contact support but they ask too many questions. WP Email, password, API activation key ( whatever that is?)
I never included anything nor did I entered any credit card info ( at least I can't remember having done that). I just remember installing the plugin and deleting it later before it became paid.
I will listen to your advice and Bea's advice to cancel the payment ( if payment there is) through the bank.
I don't want to take any risk!
Angélique I am sorry to hear of your troubles. Have you set up a Domain specific email account? If not you will need to do that. There are no anti spam plugins required on the WA platform . As far as Akismet it is not needed.
