Some people think it helps, but other say to ignore the boxes. If you acquaint yourself with each box, you can make your own decision!
Yes, this is the impression I got; that there are two schools of thought on this. So I guess it isn't critical. I'm going to leave them for now.

I am getting ready to write another article, and am doing keyword research. I have always wondered something about keyword phrases;
Say I find a good keyword phrase, in J
To depend on the exact match Jaaxy provides you must use the words just as they are input into Jaaxy. If you add words between the words, then you must search for the new keyword you have created to get the stats on the new one. You can add words before and after without disturbing the search words and rely on the stats that Jaaxy has given you. All that said, never use words that do not make sense in normal conversation in your content. In your example you have changed nothing in the Jaaxy search. Adding 'from' is simply that, an addition, not a change, so it is excellent.
I'd have your logic on this, Andrija, but I notice the online communication world is filled with shorthand and shortcut-style writing. People who search for topics like what you're describing may not use the grammatically correct "come from." I'm thinking people will be more likely to use the quickest route to the topic.
Or if someone searched for the best art supplies store. I'd search something like "best art supplies store," but someone else might ignore the sentence structure and just search "art store best."
Yes, I know, but I can't do anything with a phrase like, "art store best". I'd need to modify it to say "The best art store", to make a sentence or title I can actually put in an article!

Look at it this way, your keyword contains a very high percentage of the question "Where does cinnamon come from" sot I would advise you to go along with it.
By the way, have you ever tried to place a cinnamon stick on some just boiled water and let it set for some minutes, it makes a lovely tea.
I am particularly fond of cinnamon, I even sprinkle a bit of cinnamon powder on my espresso, gives it a special taste.

OK, what I think you're saying is that if you leave as much of the original keyword phrase (the one you pulled from the Keyword Research Tool) intact, and just add a word or two to make it a viable sentence or title, it'll be OK?
Yes adding the from at the end is okay. As long as the phrase itself is not changed, you can add stuff before and or after it.

Just a few changes may help. When you apply be sure and annotate.
1. Your last blog. The second honey jar after the bee vector is covering up your content. If this is happening on other posts, this might be a major problem. Am on Safari, so you may need to check other browsers too.
2. Menu. Perhaps work on your menu being one line, first moving your policy to a right column widget or footer.
3. No Contact Me page. Perhaps place in the menu after your About Me page. A four menu item bar is all we need according to Kyle.
4. Use pull downs with menu items as you expand your site, which increases Google input time on your site.

2. I'm not understanding what you're saying about the menu. Perhaps the first thing I need to do is look at an example of what you're talking about. Is one of your website menus set up this way? Could you give me the website address so I can take a look at it?

1. Click on the image, you then have the option to change or delete.
2. Most sites are set up with a one line menu and pull downs to make it easy for your reader to find all of what is available on your site in one place. Go to homemadecookingonabudget.com.
In case you need help setting your menu items in order and pulldowns go to the need help box and type in menu - Kyle, Carson, Labman, Nathaniell and others have training. Hope this helps. ^_~
Hello Andrija, Have you gone social yet? Did you set up your Google authorship? Do you have a personal Google+ (G+) profile? Did you set up a G+ for your website? Your site looks mighty fine and as Coach Ed mentioned below, you should be able to get quite a bit of good traffic once you rank higher. The social stuff really helps get your site noticed. I think your site is a winner! I'm glad to see that you are going through "15 Reasons..." I think you will be able to turn up your results a few notches.

Yes, I've set up Google authorship. I have a Google+ profile. I've set up a G+ for my website. It's all working. I haven't gone social yet, but that's because I haven't gotten that far in my lessons. I'm on Level 3, Lesson 7, and all the "going social" info is in Level 4.
That said, I do have a Facebook page, am a member of LinkedIn, and just signed up for Twitter. I haven't used any of these sites to promote my website yet, although I know I'll learn all that in Level 4.

I took a look at your site... I think it looks great and the content is good too. I don't see your problem as being have too many affiliate links, I think you just don't have enough content.
I went back through your archives and noticed you started in October and had a few entries... then didn't blog til Feb? And you only appear to have 1 blog entry Feb, March and April? You need to try to add 1 or 2 new entries a week at the very least.
You say you getting some traffic which is good, so if you keep writing new content every week you will notice you'll start ranking for more keywords and your older articles will probably start ranking higher.
I had to blog consistently for 4 months before I saw any traffic on one of my sites. I know it's frustrating when you don't see the results you want, but you just need to keep blogging consitently!!!
Yes, you're right... from late October to February, I had to can the whole thing, because I needed some time away. So I took it. Actually, I was seriously considering quitting, but in the end it was all those positive comments from readers who kept saying how good the writing was, how much I'd clarified things for them, how much they wanted to see the next post, how crappy it was of the Google Search Engines to not be positioning me higher etc., etc. that brought me back to the watering hole. That and only that is the reason I'm still here. It certainly isn't because I'm getting any satisfaction from Google!
As far as writing posts goes; again, you're right... I'm not writing consistently enough. Granted, I've written 3 posts recently (Feb. 8, March 8, April 7), but I know that's not enough. I'm slow and methodical and a lot of thought goes into what I write. I'm not built for speed, but I guess I'm going to have to bite the bullet and try for more. Your suggestion of two articles a week is good, and one which I'll attempt.

Thanks for the link! I took a quick look at it and scanned all the pages in those lessons. Much of what he's talking about I'm already doing, but there are things I'm missing.
I think I'm going to forget about doing the other things on my website at this point and focus instead on those lessons. I need to go through each page methodically and make sure everything he's talking about is done.
This more than anything is what I need to attend to right now.

Put the privacy policy in the footer - it takes up one whole line on your page.

The Growmap Anti SpamBot Plug In I installed a few months ago did well up until a few days ago. Now it appears the spammers are getting around even that.
Akismet is NOT a
Kyle recommends that you use both Si Captcha & Akismet together which is what I do. You will still get spam from time to time but they all go into a spam folder and not into your comments.
Now I don't have to worry about getting any spam because whatever spam does come in, it goes into the spam folder and then gets automatically deleted after 30 days. I used GASP before and it's not good. It almost seemed like it was even attracting spam. I have great results with SI CAPTCHA alone. No need for even Akismet. At least for me.
Absolutely! Follow the directions carefully, and choose not to pay for Akismet API key by sliding price to 0.
