No, one keyword per article. You'll be writing dozens of articles for your site, and other keywords will occur naturally in the course of constructing your post, so there is no reason to use multiple keywords. It could be seen as keyword stuffing by Google.

I wasn't thinking of placing the keywords all throughout the article, I am more concerned about the UK/US difference.
If I use CV, it may not get picked up by users outside the UK, as they may be more familar with resume rather than CV.
This is a tricky one because of the difference US versus UK.
This is just a personal suggestion because its what I would do but why not use Curriculum Vitae and incorporate the other two throughout the article.

I am more concerned with just using one or the other and know from experience that in the UK, we naturally use CV, but outside the UK, I know people are more familiar with 'resume'.
I am not keen on stuffing the article with Keywords, as I know this can be counter-productive and Google does not approve. I just wanted to cover the UK/US version, so the article would get picked up by both sets of people.

No harm in saying Curriculum Vitae and in brackets CV and Resume.
Or you can add a sentence at the start of the article to clarify the use of the two names.

Just target the one with the better keyword research results because your content can be ranked under multiple keywords, not just the one you target.
If you do include those keywords in your content, your content can be ranked for those keywords as well.
Most important thing is to find a good keyword to target, write relevant content naturally.

All the other way round is talking about a CV saying it's more commonly known as a resume in the States.. Which one would I actually use the one with the highest number of people searching

I did a search on Jaaxy for a niche and these numbers came up, but not sure what it means.
Avg: <10
The < means less than, meaning that there are less than 10 searches for that keyword. Not very good. I have quite a few that come up like that. I find a new keyword.

These days I have been listening to movie soundtracks, currently, I am listening to the soundtrack of the Netflix series - The Crown.
Really uplifting with a solid rhythm which gets my mind working!

The sound of silence, I don't like music playing. Recent psychological studies have found that the brain is more creative in silence.
Mine depends on the post. I like alternative rock but sometimes thrown on a little ACDC or Queen if I am in a zone. Reviews are a more alternative mindset for me while freewriting is classic
