i'm not sure exactly how it works but if you go to Google and type in the keyword and the go to a few pages in the amount will change to the amount on jaaxy. the later result is all you should worry about n_n
The QSR stands for "Quoted Search Results". That is, if you put the search term you're looking for in "quotes, like this", Google will look for the EXACT match for that phrase.
Without the quotes, Google will search for more loosely matching terms and phrases, giving you a much larger array of results.
Try putting the keyword phrase in quotes, and see what you get.
Also, go forward a few pages in the search and see how the number of results changes.

Then, should I worry about the million results it shows? when I do it in quotes, the results are narrowed down to unbelievable results with almost no competition, which is great for me. But I am just wondering, for me to rank up, would I be competing with the million results, or with the quotes results? or with both?
Those "unbelievable" results are the ones you should trust.
However, it's more than that that goes into ranking.
For one, you have to have good relevant content on the page. And it should be part of a well built-out website with several other related pages.
If you're up against other well-built up websites that have developed authority with a good reputation, the competition to rank on the first page or two will be tough, but not impossible.
You may find yourself on page 6 or 7 to start, and then see the page move up in the rankings as you build out the rest of your website more. Don't leave it all up to one page.
