I want for my visitors to be able to compare prices from different websites that I am affiliated with. Is there a plugin, or some other method that I can do this with?

Hey Adam,

Just Googled "wp price comparison plugin" (without the quotation marks, of course) and yes ... there are plugins available.

If you are referring to comparison of WA's services, there is one here: Hope this helps you.

Thank you very much, I'll check it out!

Whenever I went to publish my privacy policy, I selected it to be published as a page, but it still has a place to post at the bottom and it's on the front of my site, like my

Probably because you need to add the Page to the navigation menu. Each time you create a page, you have to add it to the Navigation Menu (although you can select this to be added automatically, but it is better to have control and do it each time)

Posts go to the blogroll automatically, but Pages need to have a Menu Label Created.

The best way to do this is to follow Kyle's lesson: ~Jude

I see now, thank you very much. I'm a dummy, lol, and I was waiting to put the "about me up". I like to write, what I'm going to publish out on paper, before I type it (I'm just weird, like that) to the page. I got to looking at it and I see that the form tag is always on the front page, so no matter what you put on there it's going to have that. I went ahead and put the Privacy Policy up and by default, it puts it on the front page. So, it's all good now! Thank you though!! I hope all is well!!

Glad you worked it out. Menus can be a bit tricky to understand at first. ~Jude

Hey everyone, I was wondering if I will be able to manipulate the code of my website, when building it? I'm learning web development and was just curious. Thanks!

I also want to learn code and somewhere down the line be able to start completely from scratch, not just edit a theme. Is that possible?

There you have the answer from Marion. Learning coding is posssible. Helps you understand and tweak things generally.

If you want to edit the code on your theme then please create a child theme so you don't break your website. Type 'child theme' into the search box at the top of the page and you'll find other tutorials on the subject.

You'll find 'Custom CSS' when you go to Appearance > Customize.

That is a lot of awesome information! I am going to use some this myself! Thanks!

Adam, WordPress provides a Text Editor where you can add your own html code.

Adding css depends on the theme you use. I can add css code to the theme I use, but I don't think you can add css in all WordPress themes.

I've never really worked with WordPress. I'm kind of excited to get a chance.

WordPress makes life so easy when it comes to building websites. I'm sure you will love it once you get to know your way around the dashboard.

All the best :)

Thanks!

There are so many different codes we use in WA. Is there anything specific that you are referring to?

Well, you see, I'm currently working on learning Web Dev, and will be promoting myself on the site as well. I would like for visitors interested in my skill set to get an idea of what I can do. Know what I mean?

Yes, that sounds like a great plan.
