Success, I'm in again at Wealthy Affiliate

After three days of groping in the dark due to login issue I thought WA has planned to forget me and finally close my site. What did I encounter along the way? It's simple but a complicated one. I have just finished working on some of the Affiliate Bootcamp during that day when I decided to logout and have my work outside my office. When I came back I can no longer log in at Wealthy Affiliate dashboard.

That login, and join now above the profile image was an unusual one because I don't see my profile but only others.

When I hit any key it will lead me to the this one:

And when I enter my email and password it accepts and say, "success" but it will not lead you to anywhere but it returns.

What else I can do? I can read the posts of anyone but I cannot open anything because in doing so it will bring me to this place:

I have sent three messages to Kyle and there was no response except for the reminder for the renewal of a domain. My question is how could I settle the things I have to if I cannot log in at Wealthy Affiliate?

Honestly, I started to be pissed-off because my domain and my website are for renewal and how could I settle my obligations if I'm a mere observer and not a participant.

The solution is simple

Flush the dns on your computer, but aside from that I reset my browser settings. I opened one of my emails and it successfully continued to WA dashboard. But that was none of my thinking it was just this morning that that remedy came from WA management through one of its Ambassadors whom I contacted for help, Mr. Craig Williams.

So it's good to have the email addresses of your friends here at Wealthy Affiliate because during the times of your difficulties and needs you can covet their help when WA management cannot and don't have the time to attend to you.

This time I think I already have nearly three hundred messages to read and respond to. If I cannot respond to all of you, I can make up next time.

This is a fruitful day again.

That's what I did not think Loes, I may have accessed some but I was not sure for I did not have the list of websites, the names are mere usernames and they sometimes don't appear on the internet. If I look for posts here at WA surely it will lead me here where I cannot log in.
I plead to Craig that he will bring this to the Ambassadors as a discussion for a resolution thinking I might not the only one having this difficulty.

When everything here doesn't work you can access Kyle and Carson on the official website. Via the default signup link https://www.wealthyaffiliate.com scroll down to the footer, and click on contact

I hear you Loes, unfortunately sending an email message through the default signup/ click contact from the official website most often doesn't produce a response. I know firsthand, in one month while I was off the platform, 4 emails sent. One response. And that 1 response was misleading.

Yes, in my own culture we don't mind about the dead and we don't believe that our prayers and offerings can change the Almighty's decision about them. What we are after for is the life of the living.

That's scarey, like a horror movie looking out but you can't do anything.

I guess SiteSupport took care of it?
I do have a couple of email addresses from members which is good!

I would delete those 300 messages, they have come and gone.
There were 2 updates emailed...

Yeah, if am an IT, computer programmer, or internet savvy maybe I thought of doing this and that. I am just a user and all what I thought was WA is doing something punishing me.

I don't blame you and I agree.
I have no experience with fixing that on my own being new to an online business.

This is an eye opener for me that it can happen to anyone!

That's true, and if they don't have a member's email then they are stuck. It wasn't a glitch?

That was quite a hassle.Glad you are through with it. Yeah, I also realised it was a good idea to have some email addresses. Kyle says he can have up to 5000 messages a day.:)

That may be the reason why he can't attend to anyone in their time of need.
Maybe they can set up an autoresponder that can have an answer to a particular situation.

There is something of the kind, I presume. The like situations and queries are grouped and people get answers, but to use it , you need to be inside WA.
I had an unpleasant experience too once when I switched my paying method and had to unsubscribe for it.Now I have a couple of email addresses..lol
