Hi,
Yesterday was the first time I requested for comments from WA members. I received a message from a visitor who tried to leave comments on my post:
Hello Zailinah!...a few people had that problem including myself. You have to login to word press back office to your site, click on:-(settings>WP-Spamshield>scroll down through general settings to:- allow users behind proxy servers to comment) and check the box, then click on save changes. Then you will be able to get comments.
Well I dont know about Zailinah, but this definitely helped me out! Thank you for the simple explanation!
Paul, I am having the same problem, my comments section is there looking pretty but cannot be used. For some reason, WA members can access it from within WA courses but going at it from the 'front', does not work. I went to settings but there is no where within my settings that is the same as you describe.
Did you find out the problem? One of my friends trying to visit my website has had the same problem

Why website visitor cannot comment on my post?
Hi,

It's the WP-SpamSheild plugin that is preventing people from being able to comment on your website. Go to your dashboard and deactivate it.
