Not at all. For some of my sites my frequency is sporadic yet it keeps improving its ranked pages.
1x a week is fine!
Will it hurt my website if I change my posting frequency?

I have never paid attention to consistency and frequency, publish when the post is ready, no matter when. But some claim this is important.

One good strategy would be to write specific things about a person. Instead of a general bio, write about what topics people are interested in. Instead of "about person XYZ", write
why did person XYZ get divorced from her husband

I never thought about writing more specifically about the person before in case I didn't end up with anything! I'll check out the video about the Alphabet Soup Technique and see what other people are interested in. Thanks for the advice!

I want to start writing service/event reviews as well as product reviews. Apart from reviewing a service as supposed to a product, are there any other differences between these
It can be different or the same - it's really up to you and how you wan to write the post. Personally, I do them pretty much the same, although I may have more emphasis on something like customer service, while a product review would not have that category.

While doing my keyword research, I found a keyword that has over 1.6 million (yes, million) searches, over 260k traffic, and a QSR is 97!
The keyword itself is the name
Absolutely, just make sure you say what specific jewelry it is so that you don't just rank for "Mark and Spencer". For instance, if I were to sell a M&S coat, I'd use the kw - "M&S Padded funnel neck coat"
Yes, you definitely can. You can use company names in your keywords, sometimes though you cannot use them in your domain name as many companies are really particular about their trademarks.
But of course, you can target any keyword you want on your website and your content can be relevant to that.

One of my pages has details of vintage shops that I like and recommend. Would it be OK for me to take my own photos of the front of the shops and use them as images for my site
I don't think there's anything wrong with using photos of shops you take pictures. They will probably like the free press!
If you're not sure, just ask them!
Theoretically, they should be delighted about the publicity.....
