Carson Does It Again!
Yes...it's me again...
Don't worry, I only create multiple posts on one day, once every 3 or 4 months, so this shouldn't happen again until September...just in time for my 1 year anniversary!
A few days ago, I posted a question, inquiring about why I was having difficulty using the formatting when creating WA posts. Only a few people responded, a couple people shared similar issues, but no one had any answers. Loes suggested that I reach out to Carson, which I did. He responded and I posted his response. A few hours ago, he sent a follow-up PM to state that the issue had been resolved!

We are very much proactive and actively discuss issues behind the scenes. We take everyone's feedback and utilize it to improve the platform here, along side all of our ideas (albeit, some of them outlandish and crazy).

Those guys can really be on top of the issues. WA is made great not only by great products but by the family and friends and Veronica's Luv.
It always surprises me how responsive they all are. I have dealt with Kyle more than Carson, but a few times Carson has helped me out and one thing that really stands out is that he genuinely seems to care about helping. It's awesome.
That was actually my very first private message to Carson. I tend to gravitate towards Kyle, just because he is more "visible". The 1st response Carson sent was great, but I was truly shocked by the follow up from him. I fall in love with this place each an every week!

I know how you feel, these guys are the tops!! They get the problem solved as soon as possible, and check on you to see if it's working like it should. Most people you can see, don't get things fixed that quickly. I agree with your statement 110%!! I love it here too!! I'm not leaving anytime soon. Have a great evening, take care my friend.
