What's Happened to Google Analytics - The Power of the Internet!
Hi Folks,
I'm just wondering if anyone is experiencing an issue with accessing Google.com/analytics today.
Why, oh why does the internet think it knows what I need to view?
"The best-laid schemes o' mice an' men" by Robert Burns. Words well spoken that prove there were irritations of days long ago.
So, with all the bells and whistles we have these days, delays and interferences continue.
No matter what browser I try, Google.com/analytics converts to https://marketingplatform.google.com/about/
What's been going on with my websites over the past 36 hours I cannot see. Will I ever be able to view those statistics, or will I need to please Google and open a new account?

I should have been able to work it out for myself. But, obviously not in the right mind frame!!

Absolutely Michael. Analytics is one of the first things I check each morning and was horrified that I couldn't get access.
In the meantime, Karin and Bob have come to the rescue and all is well again.

I had the same thing happen to me, Valerie. I finally typed it in analytics.google.com and it came up correctly.

I've been using it for the past hour or so been working fine. But I just checked and it's beginning to act up some of its components not working right now. It will not let me check my daily traffic.

Karin and Bob have just left messages to advise using https://analytics.google.com. I've just tried that and it works. I hadn't stopped to think of an alternative!

I just had the same issue right now! I used Analytics earlier today and it was normal. Now I end up in the same place as you! I was able to click on Small Business on the top left of that page and got to Analytics. I don't know if this is an attempt to sell us something (I have not looked that closely at it) but it is sure annoying. I wonder if I go back to the page now if I will be on the Marketplace page again? Maybe we could could bookmark the correct page when we get there.
So don't panic. It is not just you. You can still get to Analytics but it takes an extra two clicks.
