There's one guy who keeps following and then unfollows, he must get blocked frequently, because a new profile appears with the same image and a similar username. This is the first one I followed: @jsmallwood004 this is his latest: @jsmallwood078. I stopped following him when he was on 006.

I need a new strategy for him ... I'll have to think about that one for a bit.

I know you may not like this but perhaps don't find out who unfollows you and just plough ahead. I know that if you receive posts from these people you will not promote them anyway so they won't get a foothold on your followers.

Well, I'm planning on getting back on my bike after nine weeks of injury. I'll pick a quiet day next week and take her for a burn. Hopefully my foot will hold out!

That sounds good. I have only managed one run this week, I am hoping I will get up early enough tomorrow and get one in then before I go to the mountains because I know I won't be running up there for the next week and a half.

Are you going to be spending all that time in the mountains?

I would like to spend all my time in the mountains, it's just that I have obligations in the city until June next year :(
