Keyword, Niche and Market Research
Updated

I'd like to hear from beginners (those just starting out) and experts (those with at least one successful website). It's done the job for me so far but my websites are relative

I couldn't build my content without it. Pay off in the long run

Good Question...

The keyword research tool you have here works good as a start point and I would say that you could very well go long term and have continued success with finding keywords that you can rank for and draw traffic...

What you may find over time is that you want to drill down deeper and find out more details about keywords and long tailed keywords...

In that case, I would see what the market has to offer (A quick Google search will give you tons of options)...Look at reviews, perhaps see if there is a trial offer available, then give these a whirl...

Personally, I use three different keyword tools outside of what we have here...

(1) One is to find hot niches in Amazon, Shopify, Bing/Yahoo, and Google (it only recommends low hanging fruit keywords and long tailed keywords, so it saves time)...

(2) The second is specifically for e-commerce and drop-shipping. This is more than a keyword tool, it actually connects several platforms...

With this tool, I can find Shopify websites that are selling what I am interested in, I can analyze what is their best selling products, as well as the adverts they are using and where...

A real time-saver when it comes to seeing what works and what I need to emulate to mimic that success...

The other part of that tool allows me to search Ali-Express and find products that match the description and looks of the best selling products I have found.

Not only does it do that, it provides information on the other important factors, i.e.customer review ratings, and the total number of that product sold by each vendor having a product similar to what I am looking for, whether or not they will drop ship, and what service they use and average delivery time...

You see how this tool (really more tools) helps me leverage the time I have for the drop shipping portion of my online efforts? This is what I am talking about when it comes to initially the tool here is workable...

(3) The last tool I use is similar to Jaaxy, with a lot more bells and whistles. using that tool I can do similar things to the above tool, but for different niches for blogging websites...The price is also comparable to Jaaxy...

So as stated at the start, yes the tool you have here is good and helpful...Robert (Ambassador) has some excellent training on how to get the most out of this tool...

As others have said, at the start point, I would worry more about getting the basics in place and creating lots of content using the tool here....

Later as you are more comfortable with what you have and are more sure of where you want to go, and are starting to monetize your efforts, maybe consider re-investing some of that money into tools that help you do more with the available time you have for online marketing...

Or...

Take some extra time off, because you will be getting more done in less time...Time is money as well, and if your situation is such that the time off would have more value, by all means choose this option!

Cheers!

The tool will serve your needs. And based on value for money, it's great. As said before there are other tools out there, and when you are up and running with thousands of visitors on one or more websites and have a good income stream you may want to pay for other tools that can make your day more efficient.

But for most of us the WA keyword tool will do the job for a long time still.

The more you know, the more you know that you don't know. The WA keyword tool was the biggest thing I could imagine within my small world, and I would laugh at or fight with anyone wasting money out of this. Thoughts have changed. And for the better!

So you're saying that before, you thought the tool was useful enough and now you don't?

WA keyword tool is great! No doubt about that!!

There are better products in the market depending on your needs, and how much you are willing to spend.

In most cases, yes.

Care to elaborate?

It's got enough bandwidth to get you through the first few months. Once you need more, check Jaaxy out.

I could count them but I think I'd be scrolling all night. Does anyone know? I can't seem to find a number anywhere...

Maybe the live trainings started in 2008. 52 a year multiplied by 9 equals 468(approx).

The live trainings happen, I think, twice monthly on average. Otherwise, they are all video trainings. There must be a couple thousand of them.

How many live video trainings are available on wa?
