aFTER SPENDING A GOOD AMOUNT OF TIME WRITING I HIT POST IT ASKED ME TO INCLUDE TAGS WHICH I DID NOT KNOW ABOUT.BOTTOM LINE THE ENTIRE WRITING HAS IT SEEMS BEEN DELETED. NOW THAT IS
I had the same experience. I did not see a save draft so opened up another browser tab to Wealthy Affiliate and learned about the tags, clicked the tab where my first blog post was and it was still there so tagged and posted it. I recall seeing people in old days of computers losing like ten pages of college papers in progress due to not having yet learned about save. It can happen. Hope this helps.
lol Gosh I feel a bit like txeagle I wrote what I describe as a BLOG then got lost on tags what does that mean while I am here?? and lost my writing as well so I felt a bit silly too.
Click on "save draft" in future. Maybe you can check to see if it was deleted in error, might be in "trash". If not, ... :-( Second time around is not always a bad thing.
It should have saved your blog to a draft section within your blog area. Check to see if it is still there. Pull it back from draft by editing. At the bottom, just type in some words that you feel are related to what your content is about.
This will give you examples of others words as well, automatically.
So you can use yours, or use the ones they pick for you. But you haven't wasted your time. This is a huge learning department! One step at a time. And sometimes two steps back for every one step forward.

Thank you RickBell57, I feel a bit stupid but will not soon forget what tags are. In fact the answer is now implanted in my breain.
Tags are just keywords, which help people locate your blog. You are asked to ad these so your information will show up upon a search of these words. So the tags would be success, if you are writing a blog on success. Or success online. See?
Thanks # 2 Yes If I do this too many times i will have to write a blog on the trials of writing a blog. The tag would be: Blogless

I don't recall seeing a "save draft". Even if I did, and selected it, I don't know where it went or where to go to find it.
A bit more information on the screen at the time would have been much more useful. The fact that there are dozens of threads on this topic seems adequate demonstration that it has confused a lot of newbies.
