I need help with this one. I have had reports that my Logo is showing up very large and only a small part of it shows. This apparently is when viewing from a laptop. I can s

It's still too large. Check what's the suggested header size of the theme you're using, and then resize your header image to that size.

I just changed it again. Would you take a look now. Thanks,

Yep, now it looks just right.

I can also see your logo from my PC without any problems. However, it does seem on the large side, so it could do with downsizing a tad. This is my opinion, and hope it helps.

Neil

Ditto.

Jan, would you mind looking one more time. I just changed it a few minutes ago. Thanks.

I think that's perfect, don't make it any bigger or smaller, I like it.

Thank you so much. I really didn't want to go any smaller. I like the colors and the way it fills up the header.

Me too. Good luck with the website.

The logo size is better but it needs to be smaller still.

When I right-click and save the image, your logo's size is listed as over 10,000 pixels wide by over 1600 pixels high.

In the Firefox, Internet Explorer, and Opera browsers, the image is not getting scaled to the width of the browser window. In Chrome, it is.

It could also be the theme that you are using.

It doesn't look that big on my screen, I like it ! Were you able to resize it?

I have re-sized but, have not re-loaded it yet. I'm a little nervous about changing it. Thanks for responding.

I like the way it looks right now, it's a beautiful logo! well done! I love your header! and I love your niche!! I am going to look for a recipe lol

You will be fine, you can always cancel it.

It is huge at my screen!

I have mozilla firefox, a laptop and it's not fitting my screen, have to scroll 2 times over

It looks fine to me, but you might have resized it already! Love the niche btw, have been veggie for 40 yrs! :)

I have not re-sized it yet. I'm not sure if I can get it down that small without messing it all up. Vegan for over 40 yrs that is fantastic!. My site has a long way to go but, it's coming along. Thanks for the reply.

This is what I can see in the Chrome browser on a laptop. http://screencast.com/t/pint3wndhZZ
If you want to resize it, don't do it within Wordpress. You can use Paint in Windows for this and there are plenty of other free online tools.

Thanks, Kathy. That actually looks pretty good. I will check out that training also.

What you need to do is resize your logo. It needs to be around 100-150 square. go to edit by clicking on the image and then click on the pencil at the top of the picture. there you can resize the picture.

Thanks, I will give that a try.

You can keep re sizing it till you have it right for how you want it to be.

Hi Rick,

Google does not like duplicate content so the article won't get ranked. I never copy and paste other people's work. If the article is short you can use screenshots to avoid duplicate content.

Thanks Marion. I just thought it was a great article to use on my site. I think I will pass on it and only use my own content.

I found a great article that i want to republish but was wondering what everyone else does with these kinds of articles. Do you publish the whole thing or put your own spin on it but still give credit. Thanks.
