Why coded images are not showing on my PC
I need the help of the community to solve my issue. Support has no idea why this is happening. Maybe someone else has had this issue.
1. I put in code for images on my page or post while logged in to Site Rubix.
2. I preview the images and they are not there.
3. I log out and check the images by searching my website and they are still not there. I try another browser, no luck.
4. I search on other devices (iPhone, Kindle) and the images are there.
5. I turn off my ad blocker but still no luck on my PC (I see blank white spaces where the images should be).
This is confusing and very hard to edit the placement of these images (switching back and forth from iPhone to PC). Regular images I upload through the media files are fine. On this particular page the only image I see on my PC is the top one that is from my media files. I have cleared out caches on WordPress and on my browser. Any suggestions? The images show up for me so it must be your computer.
1) Did you flush your DNS? Google 'flush dns' for instructions pertaining to your operating system.
2) Did you clear your cache? Clearing your cache has different instructions for different browsers.
3) Do a virus scan with your anti-virus software.
4) Download Malwarebytes from malwarebytes.org and run that.
5) Download cCleaner and clean up your computer with it.
Now I've run out of ideas.

Thanks Marion. I have Kasperski security running all the time and there is no issues there but I will try some of your suggestions. I will try the DNS flush. I did clear the cache from WP and my PC.
Problem solved. It was my security program blocking my ads. Thanks for giving me that list of things to check. That is when I found it. Rick
This is a very strange problem but it seems to be limited to your specific PC -- I'm seeing an Amazon thumbnail image displayed along the left edge of the page after each book's description. I've tried using Firefox, Chrome, Internet Explorer, and Opera on Windows 7. The images appear correctly with all of those browsers.
I know Bob, it is something strange. It must be something on my PC that is blocking those images.
Which browser are you using? Could you download a different browser to try it?
If the page loads correctly with another browser, you'll have at least narrowed it down to your browser. If not, there must be something else in your system causing the problem.
While it sounds like a browser configuration issue, I'm not at all sure about that.

Just to let you all know the problem has been solved. The security system i use was blocking all my ads on my pages. I have an ad blocker that I can turn on and off but never thought about my security program also doing that. Thank you Marion for putting me on the right track to solve this.
