This is lesson 7 and we start to play around with the editing buttons. The first button is Video Properties and we use this function to edit the video tracks in our movies.

In this lesson you'll learn how to...

  1. Select the track you want to work on and edit.
  2. Scale the size of your video clips.
  3. Adjust the opacity.
  4. Add a reflection (special effect) to your movie.
  5. Add a shadow behind the movie and adjust the parameters.
  6. Adjust the colour properties of your video clips with the saturation, brightness and contrast sliders.
  7. How to split a video clip at the play-head (or scrubber) so you can edit sections of a clip.
This is a fairly short course and won't take you long to learn, so please watch the movie and you'll soon know how to get started with your video editing.
