Hey All,

In this lesson we are going to continue with some more website configuration around the addition of menus.

Before we begin however, I just wanted to check in and see how you are going so far. Is there anything you are unsure of, or anything that you need clarification or more help with? Please comment below if you need help with anything that we have covered within the previous 7 lessons so far in regards to funnelling more sales or members into your MLM down line.

Ok, now let's get stuck into menus. These are a critical part of your website setup as they determine in part how visitors to your site locate the information that they are after. In general, these will be to the main parts of your site such as Home, Blog, Sales and About Me pages for example.

From an MLM point of view, this is where you can guide your readers to elements of the program that can assist with sales and/or recruitment such as:

  • Products
  • Join
  • Benenfits etc.

These links can lead to internal blog post pages, or even to sign up and sales pages from your main or personalised MLM site itself.

Training Outline

Your training tasks today are:

1. Complete the "Creating Custom Menus on Your Website" training by clicking on the link below:

https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/training/online-entrepreneur...

2. Complete the tasks outlined ready for the next lesson.

MLM Influences

As mentioned above, you will need to complete these tasks based on the processes you are looking to implement to assist your MLM program. This is your first step in regards to increasing sales and recruitment for your program by setting up menus that may lead readers to (depending on your personal needs and MLM influences):

  • Details about yourself.
  • Outlines of benefits of the products.
  • Outlines of the MLM program membership benefits.
  • External sales or sign up pages.

So, based on all of that, here are your MLM related tasks for today:

  1. Consider the Menu structure that you would like on your page.
  2. Complete your initial menu structure as per the training provided and your MLM program preferences.

Keep in mind: Menus can be adjusted and changed at any time and to be honest, it is not uncommon for the menus of most websites to change over time as they grow and mature.

See you at the next lesson where we will start to explore keywords and their implications to your sales and recruitment processes.

Before then, if you have any issues or would like me to run over your menu structure then please don't hesitate to contact me and we can run through it together.

See you then

Paul

Tasks 0/2 completed
1. Plan menu structure for your website
2. Add menus to your site as per your plans

Very intrersting concept. I was burned (as in cremated) several times in several MLM's - good companies. I was not MLM material. USANA, ACN, my last two attempts. I am happy to grow in WA, feeling it is better for my skills and personality. IF I can get the handle on creating menus. It makes sense to me in the training. As soon as I face the workspace, I lose focus and end of with "garbage output."
So I'm proceeding forward. I dumped MLM a few years back, and emptying my cupboards, halls and garage of the remnants of my hopeful splurges in promotional products. You know the story...

It appears you found a great answer. wishing you the best of it all!
