Hey all and welcome to lesson 5.

This lesson takes us through the setup of the website you created in Lesson 4 in regards to:

  • Wealthy Affiliate back office setup.
  • Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) setup.
  • Plug-in activation and arrangment.
  • Theme cleanup and preparation.

Again, there is not a lot of MLM specific stuff here to be aware of however this is a critical step in making sure that we can get those sales up and running as soon as possible. So let's get stuck in...

Your training tasks today are:

MLM Influences

As mentioned above, there is not a lot to run through today in regards to MLM influences. However as you run through the training just keep in mind the MLM program terms and conditions that you investigated yesterday such as:

  • Domain name restraints (such as not using their company name in your URL).
  • Links to internal sales pages.
  • Allowable colour codes.
  • Style guides.
  • Ability to display graphics etc. on own site.

So, based on all of that, here are your MLM related tasks for today:

  1. Complete the tasks in line with your MLM program influences and restraints in regards to your website.

Very intrersting concept. I was burned (as in cremated) several times in several MLM's - good companies. I was not MLM material. USANA, ACN, my last two attempts. I am happy to grow in WA, feeling it is better for my skills and personality. IF I can get the handle on creating menus. It makes sense to me in the training. As soon as I face the workspace, I lose focus and end of with "garbage output."
So I'm proceeding forward. I dumped MLM a few years back, and emptying my cupboards, halls and garage of the remnants of my hopeful splurges in promotional products. You know the story...
