Oh Dear! Whoops and Whoops Again!

Just a quick look in to let you know that i've not been online at WA as it has almost been 3 weeks that i've suffered with an excruciating headache that won't go away.

Last night was the culmination of all things and I was violently ill twice. Today is a little better and hopefully I'm on the mend.

I cannot say what causes the headache as I tried numerous remedies and none seemed to have worked accept a headache powder today. I prefer alternative remedies as continous consumption of chemicals are very bad for one's constitution.

This causes me to be unproductive and makes it difficult to concentrate.

I was so looking forward to creating new training and interacting with the community.

Hopefully I will be able to resume once again shortly.

Keep on keeping on, onward and upward!

Headaches can be debilitating! Natural remedies can be very helpful but I'd check with a doctor if these aren't giving appropriate relief. 3 weeks is a long time to be suffering. Feel better!

Thanks for your advice. much appreciated.

Hi, Edu, sorry you haven't been feeling well! Glad to hear you seem to have hit a turning point and are on the mend!

I truelly hope so!

Keep in mind stress, anxiety and worry can also contribute to headaches. Then there are the times you may think you have a headache buts Sinus pressure or sinusitis which can give you migraine type headaches that tend to occur between the eyes more then in the forehead or right/left temple area. I like you don't take medicine so I usually suggest, plenty water, fruit/veggies and rest. I hope you feel better

I believe we share similar values and your comments confim some of my suspicions of what it could be. Thanks for stopping by to comment.

you're welcome. Glad I could help

So sorry to hear of such horrendous headaches...I'm hoping you have seen a doctor and/or had tests done? So many possible causes...take good care of yourself...ee want you around for a loooong time!

Thanks Rosie for your kind words. :-)

I have no answers for you as I reach for the ibuprofen as soon as it starts. I really hope you are on the mend but a headache that bad and lasting so long should really be checked out.
Sending you kind thoughts
Karen

Thanks Karen

I hope you get to feeling better soon.

Me too. It's gone on long enough.

Glad your feeling better. Headaches can be so debilitating. I use cayenne pepper...opens up all the vessels. Look forward to your new trainings. Debbie

Ah! That's anew one for me...I'll give it a try. Thanks Debbie!

Ewwww, I hate those kinds of headaches!!! I'm sorry that you have had to endure this. At least you seem to be doing better now.

Get well soon, and get back to WA!!!

T

Thanks Tammi!

Hi Edu, cannot say much except that I know well what a headache is. In my case, if I skip my morning coffee, I can expect a terrible migraine in the afternoon.

In August I had it once in mountains the first day I arrived, so it was obvious high altitude effect, the first symptom. Breathing deep helped because this was the lack of Oxygene.

Do some tests, who knows what the reasons can be.

Thanks for you input Jovo. much appreciated.

Try lavender essential oil, it may help.

Thanks Marion, will try that!
