I am having a problem with my email for my second site here at wealthy affiliate. I have just started my second site and my email for my first site has had no problems, but the

Hi Thomas,

Each email that you setup here in WA has it's own login, so you need to make sure that you login to the correct email address when you access the webmail.

Your username is your email, and password is the password that we provide you.

I have a feeling that perhaps you're logging into the first email account that you setup, and not the second? Could that be the issue?

Carson

Lots of good suggestions here;
If you haven't already done so, you may also try clearing your cache before you try any of the suggestions.

You can only log in to one webmail per browser; if you want to log in to another, you need to open a different browser or log out 1 and log in to another.

Abie

ok thanks for all your help

You are welcome, Thomas! I hope this has sorted it.

Hey Thomas,

This sounds like the perfect issue that SiteSupport will be able to assist you with.

If there's a hidden email, only SiteSupport has access to the server in order to fix this for you.

Hope you find this helpful.

I have already tried that method, and they didn't help. They just said that it is working on their end.

When you try to access the second site's email, open the email address in a new tab by right-clicking on your mouse and selecting 'open in new tab' > copy email address > paste in login area for email > copy password, then try logging in.

I have 4 emails and my system only wants to remember one of them.

I hope this is helpful.

Stacie

It is still going straight to my other email. It doesn't give me the option for anything else

Can you provide screenshots or a screen recording of what you are experiencing?

Stacie

Hey Thomas,

You can always forward your domain emails to your gmail where you can respond to EACH domain email from within your gmail account.

Kyle offers how to do this within his training. That will help you resolve the issue that Abie mentioned.

It added the photo, and there is text beside the photo. How do I change that to just be the photo, and the text to be underneath the photo?

You have FANTASTIC responses here; kindly let us know if you can figure it out or require additional assistance.

I finally figured it out it had me stumped for a long while though, and it also had me frustrated until I had no idea what to do. I just had to take a break from it for a while before I could do anything more. Thank you to everyone that responded. I really appreciate all the care from everyone here at Wealthy Affiliate. Yall are the best.

That's perfect, Thomas, and you're welcome :) We'd be here when e ver you need additional assistance

For alignment, just click on the image and set the alignment to centered. You'll see the alignment option when you click on the image. Centering your image is usually the best practice as images with text to the left or right can appear wonky on mobile sometimes.

There's another "Wordpress Wisdom" opportunity Eric! 😉 How to tweak images for display on mobile. I use "float left" or "float right" for images quite often, but then I have to go into the mobile settings and tweak the size and/or padding so they look right.

Is there a mobile app so that I can see what it looks like on mobile. I have no clue how to tell what it will look like on another device.

You just check it on mobile 👍🏼

I usually just look at the site on my phone. But you can also use the dev tools in your browser to check it. Jay shows how this is done in this video where he's reviewing multiples sites. And the 3rd way is, use the mobile view option in your WordPress editor. I use this before publishing to make sure there aren't any glaring mobile issues, and tweak accordingly.

The mobile view inside your post editor isn’t always accurate, it just gives you an idea. To be sure always check on mobile. 👍🏼

Hi Thomas: Are you in the content editor here on the WA platform, or in your WordPress back-office editing a post? It might help if you're able to share a screenshot here so we can see an example of what you are having trouble with. Most of the time though, it's just a matter of adding a blank line before inserting your image, or playing around with the image alignment options.

if you edit the post
click on the image and with the menu that comes up click on the alignment section and center it...
if a menu comes up saying classic block - click on the convert to blocks item and then go through the above...
or it maybe down to your theme...
