Hey MaudMan,
Sorry to hear you’re running into these site certificate issues—it can be really frustrating! It sounds like there might be a bigger issue on the backend if multiple sites are affected. It’s good that SiteSupport was able to fix it for you with the server migration, but I totally agree that it would be better if these issues were addressed proactively.
SSL certificates should renew automatically, so it’s definitely worth asking SiteSupport if they can check if this is a broader issue affecting other sites on the platform. Maybe they can also explain why the PHP issue might be related to the SSL problem, as it could help us all better understand what's going on. Thanks for bringing this up—hopefully, WA can take steps to prevent this from happening again
if you see this issue, you can ask SiteSupport to check it out for you and get it resolved.
I did open a ticket, both times. Last week, they had to migrate my site to completely different server.
Well, that's good to hear. I just find it odd that I'd have two sites, presumably on different servers, encounter the same problem a week apart. From the response I got from support, it sounds like a known issue, somehow related to PHP8. Further assuming all hosting at WA is on shared servers, it seems there would be a much larger impact from this and more people asking about it.
Hi,
Do you mean on this?"Data error in Search Console
cURL error 60: SSL certificate problem: certificate has expired (see https://curl.haxx.se/libcurl/c/libcurl-errors.html)
It is odd; Dave and I agree about your shared server point. 😎
Let's await further responses. Perhaps Kyle or Carson will comment on this thread.

What I'm seeing is slightly different:
net::ERR_CERT_DATE_INVALID
This server could not prove that it is
I have a problem with the SSL certificate and currently don't have a Site Kit connection with the website. I also opened a ticket, I'll let you know if I find a solution.
That's what they did for my site last week. But for the 2nd site this week, it seems to have resolved itself. 🤔
EDIT: SiteSupport did say they fixed a minor issue that was affecting my 2nd site.

Hi All:
I've been fighting a bit of procrastination and disorganization lately, so I started watching some training videos here to get ideas on how to get better organi
Well, the first thing I would do if I were you is make a plan to make one post and time the various elements that go into making your unique posts. Let's say it takes 10 hours.
You now know how long it is to make one post. I would add two hours for safety, and then decide if you want to do it over one or two days.
Then, decide how many times a week you want to do that. An ideal schedule is what you decide is best for you.
Another recommendation, Google likes consistency so don't start with three posts a week and let it trickle down to one a fortnight.
This is great advice Catherine! I will figure out how long it takes me for one new article and then figure out a schedule from there.
The recommendation is to keep updating blogs with 2 - 3 posts weekly for the foreseeable future.
I think I could manage 2 posts per week. Depending on the topic, most of them would take me 1-2 days to complete anyway. The part I need to work on is the mindset. I won't want this to feel like "work", but it is a business and I'm trying to generate an income, so I need to treat it as such.
With the AI in-house, 2 to 3 posts are a piece of cake. Obviously, the less you post, the longer it takes. AI Authors Unleashed - From a Day's Work, to Minutes! I would also focus on quality vs quantity.
Initially, you might write more to build up your site's content. Yet, maintaining consistency is crucial.
The AI Author platform is amazing, and I do use it. But there's still a lot of editing time involved to remove "AI fluff" and add my own voice.
There's a learning curve to everything you do. Catherine seems to have given a sound advice, too :)
