My 1st Commission ever in my life !!!
After three laborous months of going through each lessons, building my new website, and burning the midnight oil every night... I never thought I would ever make any penny. After being approved by Google and inserting my first AdSense ad, the next day I went into my new account to get familiarized with the settings and everything. Lo and behold - out of corner of my eyes - I saw a number that represents amount earned.
It was only $1.51 but I was so ecstatic! I have never been a seller or worked in sales, and now I know the feeling when everyone else made money. I don't know what my first commission could buy me except a bottled water or a Kind bar. So, I'm hoping it's not a fluke or a beginner's luck because it would be awesome if I could keep generating more income, however small it may be.
Nevertheless, this proves that WA system does work if you follow through everything and apply yourself.
And I want to thank everyone I've met and networked with for being helpful, supportive, and friendly while I was trying to learn how to build a website. And I'm not done because I'm still learning...!
Best wishes,
Tina

3 months = $1.51 I'd be ecstatic too. It's not the amount, it's just the fact of knowing that the tap is open and the money is flowing.
Congratulations!
In most pizza places in Brooklyn they have taped behind the counter the first dollar that they took in. I will probably make my first commission earned from my website and my desktop photo.
You're right it's not the "amount", but rather knowing that something is working. I have seen a dollar bill taped on the wall at several restaurants. In fact, one restaurant even taped the dollar high on the wall next to a dining table. I was surprised that no one reached up and pulled that dollar off of it.
I'll cross my fingers that good things will come your way. When they do, please let all of us know!
Only $1.51?? That's wonderful...! This is just the beginning and this $1.51 will be significant to you forever as your first sale. Keep up the hard work and you will reap the rewards :))

Yes, Jenny, that's all... ha-ha! But I'm still very happy about it. And you're right that I will always remember my first "sale" (or commission). Thanks, and wishing the same for you.

Tina, I meant that was quite a bit...I hear everyone talk about cents so you made over a dollar and I thought that was really good! :))
You go girl!! Keep up the good work.
A friend once told me a story about focus and persistence. The teaching moment in it was this - when you are on a quest, whether for fortune, fame, peace, "insert yours here" - it is worth keeping your focus and keeping on because you just never know when you are sitting at three feet from gold. And how close you really are. One day could seem like NOTHING - and then suddenly, everything starts to click, your momentum picks up speed and sure enough - you've made it.
Onward!

Wishing you luck,
