My name's Jenny & I am really excited about this programme, having spent all afternoon reading great feed-back!
I just turned 54 & having spent a 'fortune' on various Internet marketing courses & seminars, I am confident that I have finally come across a programme where I am literally walked through step by step, as I start off very enthusiastically and then get 'stuck' and inevitably just leave things after becoming frustrated :(
In my 'early' days I was an Air Hostess (or flight attendant as they say nowadays) for almost eight years when I stopped flying to raise my three sons. They are now 20, 22 & 25. I was living in Kuwait in those days and spent my time being a Mum. Life was easy. I was a Mum who 'lunched', attended 'PTA' meetings, took my sons for horse-riding, karate, taekwondo lessons and did a lot of 'unnecessary' shopping!
However that all came to an end in 2005, when I came back to England after my life changed due to a separation. I found myself in my mid-40's looking for a job. Not the easiest thing to do when you have no experience other than being a Mum and a flight attendant. I had not had a 'job' since leaving flying in 1986 so my CV looked pretty 'sad'! Having said that being a 'Mum' was the most important and meaningful role I have ever had and I feel is the most important 'job' in the world!
To keep this short (as I have a tendency to go on), I sold my apartment (a very wise investment I had made when I was flying thanks to my father's sound advice, as he felt I had enough shoes & handbags) and I re-invested the money into property again. My Mother also helped me financially and I joined a Franchise to learn about renting and HMO's (houses of multiple occupation) and now I have my own Company renting and managing my small portfolio.
Recently I opened a boutique in Windsor, UK called 'Jenny Ann'. This came about whilst helping a friend with a 'pop-up' shop last Christmas. However she did not have her 50% when the time came, so I ended up going 'solo' as we had already committed to the lease! As it has been very 'slow', not one to sit around and do nothing and having changed things around in the shop a hundred times, I settled down to browse the Internet to 'waste my time wisely' (as the sign says in my shop!) and here I am as a result! I actually was looking at another programme but then read the reviews (thanks Kyle!), promptly changed my mind and ended up joining WA.
I am setting myself a goal to follow through with this programme and may consequently need a 'shove' or 'gentle nudge' occasionally to stay 'on-track'.
Thank you :) and I look forward to 'meeting' everyone online or by all means pls pop in to say 'hello' if you are ever in Windsor, UK!
1 - I would be happy earning £1,000 monthly as a first realistic goal.
2 - I would be ecstatic earning £50,000 monthly.
3- I am willing to invest all my spare time in between 'work' at shop, rentals and in the evenings. Probably this will be at least 15 - 20 hrs a week.
