Yes you should be able to continue on if you are a premium member as it looks like you are...Make sure you have completed everything from level two as well so you are credited with completing the course...best of luck, sounds like you are advancing quickly!
if you have trouble going on to course three try going to classrooms and selecting it there as it does go up to course 5
you can go to the classes which is on your right hand site and it should come up with them all or you can look at my history also on the right handside to
You can also scroll back up the page a little, until you are back above the task check boxes and there is a link at the end of the sentence which will take you to Level 3.

am really egger to know when and how to cash should enter my account
I feel like the more presence you have in the community the more quickly you will gain help, feedback and save time. When you post questions (anything!) you will have an answer or a link provided by those who stay active here... its like having a friend sitting next to you and asking them for help. I think rank can reflect how active a person is in their business thus you gain more knowledge as you go.

it takes time and it takes your abitlty to finish every lesson properly and then you can think as you are 1133 and you need to get down in the 200 -
I am sure if you go through lessons, both Cerification and Affilate Bootcamp, things will become clear to you. This is unrelated to rank.
if you are looking to earn credits then you need to be sharing content from wealthy affiliate using the white affiliate button above,
on pressing that it gives you your uniuqe affiliate link on any page you are on here at WA for you to share on any soial media sites like twitter(do not put direct affiliate links on google+)
or use the facebook like button at the top of the page to also share any content from wa this embeds your affiliate link also,so anybody who joins up through the content you shared with them you will get credit for that,hope this helps...
We are all eager to earn money and very eager when we join WA just for that moment....It takes time and by refining and working your website it is not an overnight experience.
Like the others members explained, the Rank doesn't show you any relation with the money you make BUT it shows you that your use the system to build your website. Of course if you use the learning systme JUST to socialize it won't make any change in your pocket. So follow the system ( all the levels), make your homeworks, work your website, fine tune it and the money will comes. Best Regards

earning money on your website has nothing to do with your WA rank. You make money selling products or services. You can also make money promoting WA. When visitors sign up through your site you'll earn a commission

No, you cannot change the login to the sites to your own password.
But you can add a User in WordPress with administrator rights, but this user will have not your password and will never have...
