I never wanted to renew. If they don’t return my money soon, I’m going to make it my mission to expose them for the thieves they are.
Btw, they are refusing to UN-RENEW ME!! Never allow these people to automatically take money from your account.
cancel your account here and with your card or paypal and they cannot just take the money
their postal address is in the privacy policy on the main site

The terms of service state no refunds on subscriptions already paid.

I don't know the details of your situation, Ted. It's not enough to ask for a refund because the terms say 'no refund'.
They key is to cancel a subscription before the renewal due date, then it goes smoothly. That can easily be done in account settings or at Paypal.
A while ago based on an experience with one of my referrals, I know that Kyle/Carson will take into consideration oversights, processing glitches, personal or special circumstances. The time frame may be a factor; for example, where a commission is already paid to the referrer for an annual subscription. In my case, I was okay with being charged back for the commission so my referral could get a full refund. ~Jude

When you’re paying for something, PayPal doesn’t cause you to pay more. If, for example, you wanted to upgrade your Jaaxy membership, going through PayPal wouldn’t cause you to pay more than anyone else. It’s easy and it’s free. Also, when receiving commissions through PayPal for WA referrals, PayPal doesn’t take a cut. You get 100% of your commissions.
Paypal is certainly secure and costs nothing to use. Price is the same using PayPal vs Direct credit card as you mentioned Eric, bank on there. For a long time we did not accept CC with Jaaxy, but we now have the ability to pay for Jaaxy through WA using CC directly. I've reached out to Ted to explain this. Thanks for the comment!
Many times Marion. PayPal must be paid their share of my monies... it's become so obnoxious. Kyle and Carson send me links that don't allow me to even update my credit card info for Jaxxy.... As you know, I've been BEGGING to pay Kyle and Carson more money so that I can get my premium features, but no. Who cares? And I remember when this bs started 8 months ago... Remeber? "Jaaxy has nothing to do with WA..." Not if PayPal doesn't get their share of the world's pocketbooks first. PayPal is like roaches... you can't get rid of them!
BTW, I have family in the top echelons of American Banking, and PayPal is much more than you know.
