Got 3 sales without any traffic to Amazon thanks to cookies!

I had one sale a few weeks ago. Other than that, nothing! Others have commented that July has been reallllly slow for sales. I have not been putting nearly as much time into my site as I need to. Summer in Alaska is a flurry of activities and I still have my regular job...and I got the flu!

I am used to looking at Amazon and seeing no sales again. So I was kind of shocked to see 3 sales last night when I checked! Upon closer inspection, yesterday was the day with my least traffic to my site in weeks. There were no clicks through to Amazon! So ironically, I got sales on the day with no traffic to Amazon and hardly any traffic to my site.

It must be the cookies! If someone clicked through to Amazon from my site the day before and then went back and purchased something yesterday, I get the commission. All three products were cat products and one is my recommendation so they must have been looking at my site the day before! Yay for Amazon cookies!!

Don't ever give up. Even on a no traffic day you can get sales!
