That definitely sounds like a virus on your computer and phone. What type of laptop and phone do you have?
Are you using cellular data or WIFI on your phone to access websites?
Can you take a screenshot and upload it?
What’s a site you’re having issues with?
I have been having the same problem, always thinking it was I alone. Whenever I type something if I don,t check it over I end up being embarrassed or having to redo.

But before you do any changes, it is better to back up files, you can use AIO WP Migration or Updraft plugins. UpdraftPlus is a premium and highly recommended.

How do I transfer a blog from one of my websites to a different website? Both are mine and I wrote it.
Do you mean a single post or the entire blogroll? For a single post, use copy and paste, for the entire website, use the Wealthy Affiliate Move tool.
change the dns first then go to dashboard/tools/export/exportall and save the file to your harddrive.GAo to new domain tools/import /import wp. Save
I have no idea how to change the DNS. I don't want to move the entire website just one blog I wrote

I have already been building out my website but decided I wanted a different theme how difficult is it to change ? When I tried to change it I got a warning screen advising me

On your wordpress dashboard go to -> Appearance - Themes - Add New : you can search for a new theme...if you already know the name of the theme you like just search for it. Once you find it, click install then activate.
