#2 ... "if we are disciplined." If you are not used to it, this will have to be your number #1 goal. Coupled with focus, and hard work. At first, you will have to work longer hours and work harder, than you ever worked for anybody else. I've found always reviewing hourly, daily, weekly, short and long term-goals helpful. Remember why you're doing it, and get that first client and go above and beyond to solve their problem. I cannot over emphasize enough of having samples of your work and a few reviews too.
