The platform is not showing any domains in the system, there is no way to select a domain I own and edit it because there are none in the list. Why is this?

Site support are having various technical issues and are working hard on the problem.
At the moment sending a ticket won't work they are aware of the issues

It is not an assumption. site support is not working so can't send any tickets. Jaaxy is not working so can't use Jaaxy, some of Hubs not working so can't use Hubs, site manager is not working so everyone has no access to their website so not ann assumption but a fact, People are asking questions everywhere here in WA and also in chat for the last 4 hours,
This is also taking longing than any normal issues they have

Most welcome Tim from everyone having issues not just one or two I know Kyle mentioned previously they are planning changes to the platform but this is more than that.
Tell you what why don't you direct contact Kyle or Carson then let us all know your findings instead of doubting other members trying to help others.

The fastest way to reach out to Kyle is via PM here on WA or you can leave a message on his WA profile. Did you get a reply from him on Facebook?
Shane, Site Support is clearly working on this. How do we know? From the literal error message that says in black and white that “it’s a problem on our end and we’re working on a fix.” That’s what that means. 👍🏼

There must be something wrong with servers on WA. I'm getting an error as well. I just tried to check Site Manager and can't access it either. I'm getting an error message when I try to go to Site manager.
All of my websites are down and I can't even load them by typing them in the address bar of my web browser. It looks like you're not the only one experiencing difficulties accessing your websites.
If it doesn't resolve in a few hours I recommend you contact Kyle, Carson or Site Support. I hope things will resolve soon. All the best to your success.

Shane, I am a tad offended...lol. I am not trying to keep anything. I honestly haven't logged on to my websites, But looking at the other replies it seems the whole platform is experiencing issues. Give it time...They work really hard at getting everything back on track.

I am looking to sell one on my website & want to know the process of transfer the website to the new owner, does anyone know?

You can list it via various marketplaces one as such is Flippa dot com -
Once ready to transfer, you may collect the EPP authorization code to enable change registrars.
Or if site has content, your buyer can get support from their host how to migrate site to the new servers.
This is confusing to me…
I would have thought the website content could be transferred to a site hosted elsewhere within or outside of WA:
I.e.
backup the web content,
transfer the domain name to new owner,
new owner gets hosting of their own at WA or elsewhere and points at new dns,
then upload backup to new host.
Would that work?

No, that is not allowed. Participation in this environment, although it is a business, is non-transferable. You can transfer your domain name to another; however, the content of your website cannot transferred.
