Search Engine Optimization

Good day all. Does it make sense to hyperlink "Wealthy Affiliate" every time I mention it in a blog post? I think hyperlink is the correct word.....but in case it isn't...Shoul

I have better luck creating a call to action block instead with text for WA Promotions, higher click rate.

I agree with Newydd105

I wouldn't hyperlink every time you use Wealthy Affiliate it will make it seem spammy.

I don't know what other people do but my practice is to use 1-5 hyperlinks in a 1500 - 2000 word post.

It is a personal choice

I like that count and I agree on the "Spammy".
Thanks,
Chuck

That is the maximum count I would use in an article

Hey Chuck,

Offering you my personal opinion on this would not be wise as I COULD be wrong in my thinking... soooo... I used my favourite search engine to ask your question.

See screen prints below...

Hope you find this helpful.

Thank You and please don't think I didn't google this before asking. I was honestly asking for personal experiences. Looking back I could of worded my question better.

Hey Chuck, I've been doing online marketing since 1997, so I've learned how important it is to ask more than one question, and to be as specific as possible.

Just so you know... that knowledge did not happen overnight. It has taken me time to learn... and still... sometimes I mess up. LOL!

My personal opinion matches Karen's (aka Newydd105), and if I visited a post that had lots of the same link... I'd think the same thing... s p a m.

Also... you could end up hurting your search results for your target keywords... UNLESS your target keywords are Wealth Affiliate.

Then there's the aspect that search engines MIGHT look at it as another 'stuffing keyword' tactic and penalize your site's rank.

And these are pro'lly only a few things to keep in mind.

nice to see Duck is you Search engine of choice

In mine, too!
