Hey Shaistha,
Welcome to technology and browsers that don't like to truly empty their cache.
Whenever you have this issue, go to another browser and check the web page. So many times over the years, I've run into this exact same issue... and, this is now my "go to" whenever I experience what you have.
Hope you find this helpful.

If I am a first time member without premium yet, will I get paid if I just share my affiliate link o
Hi There
I want to know if the affiliate link given on my hub is a unique and personal link?
I want to promote this link on my social media and I want to know if I
it says in your profile that you are a premium member yourself, so I don't really understand the question?
The person who brought YOU here gets a percentage when you went premium, and the same applies if you make someone else a member here as well. This goes for an affiliate link on your blog, but also if you get that person from social media. But starter accounts, so free ones, no. How can you get a commission if someone doesn't pay for anything?
Thats not how commissions work in any business. You only get commission when you sell somerthing.
Why would WA pay people to register, they haven't been paid anything to pay a commission
again, thats not how things work in online business like affiliate marketing. Neither does it in real life. If you're a real estate agent, you don't get a commission unless you sell the house either. If you want to be a 'clickworker', you can go ahead and do that.
Of course you will. Don't doubt that. The upgrading allows you to enter the world of unimaginable discoveries, knowledge, video and written material and interact with the entire community, which is at your disposal 24 hours a day. Take my word for it...it's worth every dollar!!!
Hi I'm asking if I get a commission when an individual register with my affiliate link but does not upgrade ???
Unfortunately NO. A commission is a percentage of what somebody pays for a product or service.
So you don't get a cut just for getting people to come register?? This is not sense. How will we make money? We need that money to.upgrade
Saistha, I understud you. Trust me. But, please don't be mad on WA sistem. For the begining i beg you to read this Carson's text The WA Credit System - Our Internal Currency at WA! It is one in the see good textsts about how to earn on WA. Take one step at a time, go slowely, read as much as possible, ask, ask, ask - what ever you don't understand. You will be amazed how fast you will grow, if you give a little dedication
Yes, that link is unique to you. If you share it and someone joins WA as a paid member through your link you will earn a commission.
Hi
So basically I only get a commission if they upgrade to premium? This is very unfortunate because it is so expensive to upgrade to premium even I cant afford it how will others do it. I am from south africa and 47dollars in rands our currency is R850 which is alot of money.
Hi Shaistha, you may share your affiliate link and earn commissions as a Starter member. Your commissions are 50% of what they would be if you upgrade though. When you upgrade to a paid plan, your commissions are full.
Either way, you'll be paid any owed commissions on the 1st of the month along with all other affiliates!
Thank you so that means I can earn commissions even if I just share my link and they (my clients) don't upgrade to premium. How much is 50% compensation being a starter member if I may ask?
Since starter members pay nothing, there is no commission on a starter member joining WA unless they eventually upgrade to Premium or Premium Plus.

Hi - you will find your personal affiliate link by clicking on the dollar symbol at the top of the page.
It contains your ID, which tracks if somebody clicks through your link.
You will only receive a commission if your referral upgrades to a premium membership.
And you will only get half the amount a premium member would receive.
So, for example, a premium member would receive $20 when somebody upgrades for their first month, but you would only get $10.
Be aware that some social media platforms do not allow you to add affiliate links.
You would need to convince people of the benefits of this platform, and this could be difficult as you don't have full access to all the features yourself.

You earn commissions when users upgrade to Premium, that is what you're being paid for - referring paying users to the platform. As a member referring others to WA you DO NOT need to upgrade to Premium to earn commissions - but as mentioned above you will earn 2x the revenue if you do decide to upgrade.
Also, if you're building a business here at WA using our training, you'll be building a website. That website is not really LIVE until you upgrade.
For South Africans it is a lot of money but not for a lot of the world there are 750,000 active members here maybe more. Some people like myself have been here years
